[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have to pre-wash my dishes before putting them in the machine. I received a sample of the Platinum and put it to the test. Now I run out of glasses and silverware before I need to run a load.

We have used Cascade for years with a myriad of different dishwashers and have been pleased with the results. However, when you took the phosphate out, the whole product "went South"! We had heavy soap film on our glasses, our plates, our silverwear----they were unusable and unsuitable to eat and drink with. Running them in vinegar removed the film but after a few loads, we were right back where we started. Calling in a dishwasher repairman, he found heavy buildup of soap; so much that it looked like a bubble bath on the bottom of the dishwasher. He advised that since Cascade had taken the phosphate out ( which helped the soap break down to be properly rinsed away), he was seeing this problem all over L. A. County. He recommended another product that still had the phosphate included and problem solved! We will buy no more Cascade and I have dumped out what I had left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never purchase another dishwasher detergent as the Cascade Platinum ActionPacs clean so well. Since I started using them I have never had to rewash a single Item. I would give them an A Plus and encourage everyone to try them.

My dishes were cloudy and scummy. Cascade Complete is the only product that has ever gotten my dishes so clean before. Not only does it clean my dishes so well, it even cleans the inside of my dishwasher! I referred your product to my daughter who thought her dishwasher was broken. It turns out it was her dishwasher detergent. She referred Cascade Complete to her friend who was getting ready to buy a new dishwasher and just needed Cascade Complete. This is truly a miracle product.

I have used Cascade for many years. I am not happy with the packets -- white granules are left inside my dishes, especially coffee mugs and glasses. I will go back to Cascade gel to see if the problem goes away before trying another brand of detergent.

I preferr to use cascade complete over any of the other brands.. it works great!! however i have had a few issues with this brand such as them not dissolving on occassion... i have had this happen to me numeroues times and have called in about it.. cascade customer sevice replaced the product, and this didnt happen again for a while until this new box i opened this last week! i always make sure the water is warmed up before starting dishes to ensure they dissolve! is it another defective box or what!!!

And what a bonus, they are so easy and quick to use! No mess! I am very happy with cascade complete and have already recommended it to family and friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use a another competitor but none day I went to the stairs and they were out of it. I saw Cascade Platinum and said to myself "why not". I bought a small package and that night I had to do dishes. Normally I would have to used a couple of different products to get my dishes clean and with no residue, but I was amazed that just one pack of your brand took care of what my couple products did to my dishes! Since then I've never looked back and won't buy any other brand...thank to you.

This is a great product. There is never any residue left on the dishes, they're always sparkling clean, and I've never found any evidence of the actionpac left in dishwasher. The dissolve completely. Coupons are always available so it's wallet friendly. Love it!

I have used Cascade Advanced Gel for years and finally decided to try the tablets. I'm so sorry I wasted my money. My dishes, the glasses especially, came out of the dishwasher with a cloudy film all over them. Even though I rinse my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, there are always some little scrap or such remaining and these are washed away. Not with the tablets - anything that was there is now hardened on the dish. It turned my aluminum pie plates that I save and use to heat up stuff, black. They also smell like raw metal. I will not ever use this again! Now I have to go buy the gel, if I can find it!
