[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried multiple brands over the years and have also used the various Cascade products. By far, the Platinum is the best. I don't have to scratch off old food or rewash a few dishes like I had to with other brands. Recommend this product and will continue to buy as long as stores stock it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great product and an amazing value. It has made my dishes cleaner, sparkling every time I take them out of the dishwasher, and there is no residue or film left on glasses. It has also made my dishwasher smell fresher and get cleaner even after a messy load of dishes. I will continue to purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Complete Action Pacs for a while, and I'm always satisfied with the results. I've recently tried the Platinum Pacs, and they are super. I always have squeaky clean and shiny dishes from the dishwasher with this product.

I have an older dishwasher and have used different packs and liquids. They just didn't clean the dishes completely. I started using the Platinum packs and now I will never switch to any other kind of cleaner. Cascade Platinum is the best I have found.

Although I'm a fan of the All-in-1 action packs size, I am disappointed to learn that often times the pack does not dissolve in the dishawsher. This causes me to have to put a new pack in and re-run the dishwasher. This wastes my time and money and not to mention the waste it causes for energy and water. I like the idea but the product is not made well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a septic system, I have to be careful what I put down the drain and still clean my dishes. Cascade Pods and all of Cascade product do the trick. I have seriously iron rich artesian water well. Cascade is able to handle the minerals and still get everything squeaky clean. Won't use any other product. My mom used Cascade for 45 years so it's natural for me to continue using it.

Just got a new house with a wolf commercial stove in it and previous owner didnt take care of the grease all over. i filled my sink with the filters from the vent and the stove top grids put cascade and let sit for an hour when i came back everything just rinsed right off no scrubbing involved. And boy was it disgusting previously now my stove sparkles.

After reading Cascades disclaimer before writing this review, I realize I am not the only one who has huge issues with the cleaning power of this product. My pots and pans and even the stainless steel interior of my dishwasher were turning white and discolored, my glasses were milky and dirty looking, and my stainless looked nasty. I was even rinsing everything before placing in dw. Found a dw cleaner & disinfectant, used it during a cycle, the interior of my dw looks like new again. Changed to another detergent and all my dishes look like clean and sparkle. Whatever issue Cascade is having with their product, they need to find a solution. I have used and loved it for years but had to change because of the condition of my dishes.

I HAVE BEEN USING CASCADE FOR MANY YEARS, AND IT WORKED GREAT. THE NEW CASCADE EXTRA ACTION PUTS A WHITE FILM ON ALL THE DISHES AND CAN'T GET IT OFF. I TRIED TO CLEAN THE DISHWASHER AND EVEN HAD A REPAIR GUY OUT. STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. WHEN I USE THE REGULAR CASCADE IT WORKS GREAT. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ONE I HAVE. I WON'T BE BUYING ANY MORE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having lived in apartments for many years I can tell you all dishwashers are not the same. I started using Cascade and then Cascade Platinum many years ago and have had no problem with my dishes getting clean no matter what dishwasher I am using. No haze on glasses or stains on plasticware. Wonderful!
