[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to use the store brand pacs and they leave my dishes not entirely clean and with water marks or dried soap on them. I honestly figured they were all the same. These pacs made my dishes all clean and looked wonderful coming out of the washer. I'm extremely happy with them and will continue to use them over the other brands.

Nothing cleans like these things do. Who has time to rinse dishes beforehand or re-clean them after? You don't have to with these. They get the dishes spotless clean no matter how much food is on them. I've used lots of dishwater soap and always go back to these. They are the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade complete works much better than any other dishwashing pacs I have tried. They removed stuck on food and stains without much pre-rinsing or scrubbing. They also did not leave spots on my glasses.

I love the Platinum pacs! For months I had been trying to find a way to get rid of the haze on my glasses & crystal. Tried several things & spent lots of time & money with no success. The first time I used the platinum pacs my glasses came out sparkling. I was thrilled!

Not only does the complete pac work well..............but my HUSBAND will finally put the little pac in the dishwasher basket and actually run the dishwasher.....and that is an even deeper "well..." Apparently this appears a lot easier to him than pouring liquid from the bottle - no decision on how much to use. But I must say, I love the convenience ...as well.

My wife and I are quite particular about how our dishes should look coming out of the dishwasher, and Cascade Platinum sets the "Platinum" standard for how your dishes should look. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Trust us, spend the money on Cascade Platinum Pacs!

I had trouble with my dishes being clean, silverware especially, and spotting. I thought my dishwasher was going out. My "troubleshoot" section on my dishwasher said to be sure the detergent I used had phosphate. I'd used Cascade for years, but when I looked on the package I discovered it was phosphate free. Doesn't work for me.

My aluminum clad pans are getting a dark grey coating on them that rubs off on my towels, dishcloths and look very ugly. Is there any way to stop this from happening or am I going to have to handwash all of them when I use them? There were not any problems when the soap contained phosphorus but I really don't want that going into the ground water from septics or sewers. Can anyone out there provide me with an answer to this problem? Thanks.

Product worked great I love the cubes, but I won't be buying the product again. I am going to email a picture I took of the Cascade cube to corporate to show why. Apparently, the cubes somehow got stuck together. If you try to pull them apart it ruins the cube because it pulls the plastic cover off (specifically, it pulls pieces of the plastic cover completely off). I tried being gentle and pulling minimally, but its all fused together. It's frustrating because it isn't like I could see this by shaking them around. Also just FYI, I bought the big plastic box filled with them. I had a chunk of at least 5 that would hang from holding one... all of them ruined. Considering the price of these, that's a waste of my money.

I love cascade products. The dishwasher that we have is not so great (military housing furnished) and using cascade seems to help get the dishes cleaner than any other brand I have used. It is absolutely the brand I will always get for any dishwasher that I have.
