My apartment dishwasher wasn't getting the dishes clean and left grit all over my dishes. I tried white vinegar and maintenance tried to fix it but to no avail. So first I used Cascade dishwasher cleaner two times and it did the trick! Next I loaded the dishwasher and used Cascade Platinum packs and oh my land, my dishes were squeaky clean! I'm sold on this product forever! :)

I have a two year old GE Profile Dishwasher and both times that I have used these pacs they have never totally desolved in the main dispenser. I've had to scrub the blue and green stuff out. They seemed to clean everything well - but I just couldn't deal with the stuff totally not desolving. I'll stick to the liquid Cascade.

It is simply the best at cleaning your dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and any other items (vases, porceline bathroom toothbrush holders, cups, soap dishes, etc.,) until they are squeaky and sparkly! I simply can't get by without it as it works throughout the entire dishwashing cycle system, from pre-wash to final rinse, getting all my dishwasher items looking like new. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied until it's sold by the barrel!

I have used liquid and powdered Cascade and other dishwasher soaps. My step-mom introduced me to the pacs. When we bought our new dishwasher a few years ago, I started using the Platinum pacs and they are awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks my opinion.

We started using this & immediately saw improvement. Dishes came out clean. No film or pieces of food remained. Even without rinsing, our dishes came out great. No film on glasses and drink ware either. We're sold. This is all we will use unless Cascade makes a newer, better one

We just tried these on our last shopping trip and we love them , no more guessing how much detergent to use for the size of the load, no more spills, no more turning the bottle upside down to get out that "last little bit', just put one in and start it up. I may experiment with the fragances and formulas but I'm sticking with the Action Pacs

It's formula is the only one to completely work against the toughest jobs and remove the caked-on food, grease, and particles without even having to pre-wash or rinse. Unlike other brands, there is never any powdery residue or haze left on glasses or dishes afterwards. It leaves my dishwasher looking clean and shiny with every use. I could not say enough good things about the Cascade Completet and would recommend it to anyone (I already have with family and friends).
