[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pacs are easy to use and convenient. 1 pac got my dishes clean and refreshed my dishwasher. I didn't have to pre-wash my dishes. Disclaimer: Kids think these look like candy, so please remember to keep them up high out of reach, or lock them in the cabinet under the sink.

I was surprised to find so many positive reviews! I have a large family, and DO NOT have time to thoroughly rinse each dish before loading. So, I USUALLY use the Cascade Complete liquid. It works well, but not perfectly all of the time. So, I decided to try this product both because it was on sale and I had a coupon. I am sorry I did. I have used 5 action pacs. Three of them have not dissolved! 2 of them I added to the undissolved ones and ran the dishwasher OVER AGAIN! So, I not only have waited for the machine to cycle, I opened the dishwasher to find that they were SO DIRTY, and the Action Pac had not burst. Not once, but THREE Times! Don't waste your time, or money.

What do I have to do to get your product to work in my dishwasher? Your products have already ruined dishes it cost me $70 to replace. The DW is running right now containing one pot and 2 knives that are on their 8th trip through. I am tired of using the DW then having to washed most everything afterward.

I have a much older dishwasher but my dishes always come out clean & w no spots or residue when I use any of the Cascade packs. My favorite is this one with Dawn & Fresh Scent. As much as I love this product, it is a bit costly for my budget, so i cannot buy them as often as I would like.

When I ran out of my old phosphate product and tried something phosphate free, my dishes and silverware started coming out cloudy and filmy to the point where I was taking things out of the washer and rewashing them by hand. With Cascade Complete everything comes out shiny and bright, just like before; even after the dishes have sat in the sink for three if not four days. I couldn't be happier and will be a lifelong customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've seen complaints about plastic not dissolving, but I've never seen that. My dishes come out clean. I got tired of fighting with liquids and powders, this is a throw it in, shut the washer and go. The only thing it doesn't clean is the cat hair out of the drain!

I purchased the Cascade Complete packs to try for the first time. Some of the packs are stuck together and when you try to separate them they get little holes in them and the gel squirts out. I'm not sure if they got hot when they were shipped to the store or if this is a common problem. I wonder if they could be packaged any different to avoid this, without increasing the cost of them. I usually like Cascade products so I MAY would try this product one more time to see if all the packs have this problem.

I just recently made the switch to Cascade's Platinum Pacs and couldn't be more happy! This formula does great at leaving your dishes extremely clean and with great shine. I will continue to use this product and will recommend it to everyone! It leaves your dishes smelling and looking great, and it keeps my dishwasher clean too. I am in love!

The added bonus of Cascade Platinum is that I no longer have to rinse my dishes to get this result. Saves lots of water!!
