Past Ruler

I have used Cascade every since we got our first dishwasher in 1980. I have tried other brands and never stayed past one box on trial. However in the past two years I have not given up on cascade but have e-mailed cascade and was told to try the bleach formula as the stains were not coming out of tea cups. That worked now I have tons of powder residue I have never had in the past and my silverware and dishes look horrible. Why can't we have our old wonderful cascade anymore. I still buy it but reluctantly.

What a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this time, as I am typing up my review, I am running the dishwasher with the Cascade Complete product. My dishes come out clean and without any spotting at all. I know I can trust this product to get my dishes the cleanest over any other product.

Finally...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. I'm just going to tell the truth. I've seen ads that swore their product would clean cooked-on foods without scrubbing but my dishes would always come out just as dirty as when I put them in. What's the use of having a dishwasher if you have to wash the dishes before you put them in it? Finally, there's a product that does what it says. I'm in love.

Wonderful Pacs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love these pacs. There is only my husband and I and sometimes the dishes set in the dishwasher for days. The dishwasher is a Whirlpool and together get my dish clean. I also use the rinse aid because of the hard water we have. If someone is having trouble with the pac not dissolving all the way, try putting the pac with the powder up, so the water get to it first. Then it will not get stuck in the receptacle. Having a great day.

Cascade All In One Complete Powder is Awful

I have been using Cascade products for over 40 years. I have a new dishwasher and all was great until I started using the phosphate free powder. My dishes and glasses do not come clean, they are coated with something white and even when I scrub them by hand, they do not come clean. My dishes and glassware have been ruined! What can I do to help this situation?

I love this stuff

Cascade Complete All-in-1 Action Pacs are magical - they make everything disappear from some very scary looking dishes and pots and pans. I forgot to run a load last night and I had a dishwasher filled with dishes covered with dried pasta sauce. It was amazing how clean everything got!

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I did an experiment to see if the action pacs or another brand would get the grease off of pans we put in the dishwasher. Cascade cut the grease without leaving nasty residue on my dishes. The other pac left a nasty film on my cups and the pan looked like I just pulled if off the stove.

No Phospate

Perhaps the lack of phospate in your product is environmentally friendly, but unfortunately the quality of all Cascade products has suffered. (I've tried them all.) It's impossible to consider any of my dishes clean after using the new products. In order for glasses to have any kind of sparkle, they must be washed by hand. If you were going to remove phosphate, I'd think your scientists would have had the ability to find a subsitute that wouldn't change the washing ability of your products. Unfortunately I'll need to start trying other brands.

Cascade Platinum has outstanding cleaning power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accidentally overcooked my meatloaf... I mean it was charred. I debated about throwing away what had been my Mom's Pyrex pan because it appeared to be impossible to clean. My husband suggested trying to wash it first, and if it didn't come clean then toss it out. After removing the big chunks of burned meat, I used the Cascade Platinum to wash it. To my surprise, it came out sparkling clean!

Product does not desolve

We have a brand new dishwasher and more often then not the packs do not desolve when it is run. After the cycle ends you open the door and the pack is still half full or more. How do dishes get clean if theres not soap in the dish washer. Love the cascade liquid but not the packs.
