I hate this product, I used it and I have alot of plastic I put in my dishwasher and when I went to unload it all of my plastic stuff was coated in a white film. I tried washing everything by hand to get the film off and everything is ruin. Thanks for costing me a bunch of extra money! DO NOT USE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no complaints with this product, but when the supermarket chain at which I shop sent me coupons for free packages of its brand, I had to try them. The extra cost makes a big difference when you're dealing with the items with and off of which you eat.

These cascade dish packs are the best functioning out there. They aren't perfect. There are some days where the plastic pack doesn't melt right, or they leave streaks on the dishes. But they are few and far between. For the most part this works and it's an easy pop into the dishwasher and go. The only issue is that they are a bit pricey compared to the alternative. However it's worth it to have clean dishes

When we moved just over a year ago, we started to use our dishwasher and had tons of residue/gunk left on our dishes - my husband bought a sample pac and we tried the Platinum pacs - only thing that we can use that really cleans our dishes and rinses clean. Love it, now I can use my dishwasher and not have to rewash the dishes!!!!

No other product on the market does as good as Cascade. I have tried others and have always regretted it because they all leave the glasses with a horrible film. Cascade clean so good, I never have to be embrassed to pull a glass out and serve guests. Thank you for your great product.

i am a single guy and i really have never liked doing dishes until i found the cascade action packs. instead of washing the dishes before i put them in the dishwasher, which never made sense to me, now i can just rinse them and let cascade do the rest. i had tried other brands as well as store brands before using cascade but they just didnt seem to do the job well enough, i usually had to run the washer twice and some times that wasnt good enough. now i have no plans to change ever.

I started using these in May. They are wonderful! My glassware is so much cleaner, and I don't have to deal with buying and loading in a rinse agent. My machine is 10 years old, and I thought I needed to replace it because my dishes would have residue remaining. However, since I've been using these little pacs, my dishes are much cleaner than they had been. They fit well into my dispenser, and there was no mess.

I am the type to rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher so its not necessarily how the dishes look when they come out but how fresh they smell! Im really particular about keeping dishes clean and even though its just my husband and I, we host our large families alot. Needless to say, dishes are always being washed and this is my go to product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have to wash dishes more than 1-2 times a week & there are times where an ordinary product wouldn't cut the grime and residue but Cascade ALWAYS manages to give my dishes, etc. the sparkle they should get. My pan lids will never look shiny and pretty like they did before I made the mistake of purchasing this new Cascade. I had used it for years, and now that what ever in the detergent has been changed, my pans look as old as they really are. I feel they have all been ruined, and i'm no happy with Cascade any more. I will tell all of my friends to NOT purchase the new product, but find a different brand. What a disappointment to open the dishwasher and wonder what the heck went wrong?
