I hate this product, I used it and I have alot of plastic I put in my dishwasher and when I went to unload it all of my plastic stuff was coated in a white film. I tried washing everything by hand to get the film off and everything is ruin. Thanks for costing me a bunch of extra money! DO NOT USE!

They also allow for you to open the dishwasher if you forgot to add something. Regular dishwasher detergent leaves a mess if you re-open the door. These packs stay intact until they are supposed to open and clean. Love these!!

I have been using these pods for many years now. They clean very well, I have never used any better product. The dishes come out without any residue and actually clean. I've used them with 3 different dishwashers in our different houses and always get the same outcome. I love that I do t have to worry about figuring how much to pour, I just inset the pod and that's it! I hope they eliminate the plastic package soon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i use these pods in my new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and love their performance. i think my dishes are cleaner than i can ever remember. there is no left over residue on my dishes or glasses. the inside of the dishwasher is clean and shining. with powders, i used to notice left over powder after the cycle. i would never go back to powder or liquid cleaners in my dishwasher. i love these pods.

Bought a large box 11.25 lbs of cascade powder. Used it twice and the plastic handle broke. Try picking up a really heavy huge box then tipping it over with just your hands. Not easy. The handle was genious. Too bad it broke. About the product itself: works fine.

i am a single guy and i really have never liked doing dishes until i found the cascade action packs. instead of washing the dishes before i put them in the dishwasher, which never made sense to me, now i can just rinse them and let cascade do the rest. i had tried other brands as well as store brands before using cascade but they just didnt seem to do the job well enough, i usually had to run the washer twice and some times that wasnt good enough. now i have no plans to change ever.

I am the biggest procrastinator when it comes to putting the dishes in the dishwasher! Sometimes it's way past the 24-hour mark. I start the dishwasher a few days later and they come out sparkling clean like I just rinsed that day! Great product! You must give it a try!

When we moved just over a year ago, we started to use our dishwasher and had tons of residue/gunk left on our dishes - my husband bought a sample pac and we tried the Platinum pacs - only thing that we can use that really cleans our dishes and rinses clean. Love it, now I can use my dishwasher and not have to rewash the dishes!!!!
