This product is amazing! I find my dishes and pots come out spotless. I have also used the pacs to remove stains from my white Corian sink. I just fill the sink with hot water and put in one pac. Cleans the sink perfectly. Another use is to put one pack in garbage disposal and run it to clean and remove all odors. Awesome!!

So, I buy a package of the Cascade Pure Essentials Tabs and after 3-4 washes my pans start turning black on the outside. I come here and read how this has happened to numerous folks and the company reps say it is due to the phosphate free formula and aluminum pans are not dishwasher safe. WRONG WRONG WRONG. I also have a box of FINISH tabs which occasionally leave a white powder residue on the load but NEVER turned my pans black. So I figured I would check the label....guess what? FINISH IS PHOSPHATE FREE ALSO AND DID NOT TURN PANS BLACK. I understand aluminum pans are not dishwasher safe but for a company to say, Oh its all the pans fault, is ridiculous. Thousands of people have been using them in the dishwasher for many many years without them turning black so the fact that Boom! we change detergent all the sudden they turn black is the pans fault or our fault for putting aluminum in the dishwasher? When another brand does not turn them black? I don't think so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried almost all of the different brands of dish detergents that are on the market, and NONE have performed as beautifully as Cascade Platinum. We have very hard water here where I live in Florida and getting my dishes clean while leaving no spots seemed to be an impossible feat. Until, that is, I tried Cascade Platinum. I'm so happy to not have to use a separate rinse product and that I also don't have to check dish by dish, glass by glass, utensil by utensil, to make sure everything has come out sparkling clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using the other recommended detergent in my dishwasher but i got tired of having a soap cake in my machine because of they're product not desolving. I found these one day and there was a coupon on them. So i gave it a try. I can only say WOW!! My dishes were so clean and i didn't have a single trace of left over soap and the inside of my machine had not looked that clean since it was new. I then tried the dishwasher cleaner and was even more amazed.

My new Kitchenaid dishwasher came with brand X packs for about 2 weeks worth of washes. Well, since I have been a Cascade buyer since forever, I decided when I went to the local Sam's Club to purchase some packs. I purchased Cascade Extra Action Mediterranean Lavender Scent in a bucket with 95 pacs. I really liked the smell but about 1/2 way thru the bucket I started getting white streeks all over my pans and silverware. the closer I came to the bottom of the bucket the more white was on my dishes. Sometime I ran them thru with vinigar and water and it would get most of the white off or I had to hand wash everything. I have long since thrown my receipt so sending it to you is not an option. I did buy a bottle of gel and that seems to work better but I am very unhappy with the pacs I bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years when using Cascade I would try other products that are either cheaper or having coupons for but I always go back to Cascade even when the economy was going on and I had to watch my pennies I have to use Cascade, Cascade has always gotten my dishes clean even when I don't re-wash so I would always recommend using Cascade.

We used to use a cheaper brand for our dishwasher, and we ended up using two packets just to get most of them clean. We ran out in the middle of the week and bout a sample size of Cascade Complete - best coincidence of the month. We use one packet, and our dishes come out cleaner than using two of our old brand. Beats hand-washing any day.

I'm an idiot. Yes, I said it. I bought another brand of tabs, you know, the DIAMOND STANDARD, and let me say it was a huge mistake. I'm a work from home mother of two kids. 9 and 1. I have VERY little time and very little patience for scraping dishes. So... I don't. I just drop and close. Yeah, I get the manual says don't do it, and I get that a dish tab isn't responsible for my laziness but I really assumed "diamond standard" meant clean. I used 4 tabs and then threw the box away. My 1 year old would say ewww. My 9 year old refused to empty the dishwasher. I screwed up. I admit it. In a momentary mother's lapse I made a huge mistake. Thank you for not making me scrape. Thank you for making my 9 year old do the dishwasher. Thank you for making those little gems and making my life better, easier and in fact the real diamond standard!

My family has been a long time user of Cascade in liquid form and by chance bought the first generation of the Cascade Gel Packs. We loved this product. The were effcient to use and the dishes came out looking and feeling clean. Now only the All-in-One pack product appears to be available at our store. What a dissapointment. The dishes come out of the washer gritty with residue and with an odor I associate with Jet Dry products. Not what I expect from Cascade.
