It doesn't matter if it is crusty pans or fine china & glassware. It gets my dishes every clean. I will for sure keep buying this product & I highly recommend it!

The cascade complete I purchased on 2/6/12 is not dissolving properly. Your package has a money back guarantee, states to visit cascadeclean.com for details. I tried that without success. I have the original sales receipt (within 30 days as stated) and the UPC but can't get instructions for the money back offer. UPC is 37000 19006. Please honor your claim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CASCADE Platinum with Dawn takes automatic dishwashing to a new level of sparkling clean dishes and silverware! It makes cloudy, partially-clean-with-food-residue dishes a thing of the past! I love other CASCADE products, but like diamonds, I prefer them set in Platinum!

For the price, the All-in-One Actionpacs were a disappointment. My dishes came out gritty. I ran the washer empty with vinegar to clean it out, but that did not solve the problem. I have found another product on the market that works much better, so I'm going to stick with the competitor's product.

I have used the action packs with Dawn for well over three years. On my last trip to the store, my normal selection was unavailable. I bought the cascade all in one action packs instead. Unfortunately, they have not done near the justice nor worked half as hard as the other brand I normally purchase. I tried them for two weeks to no avail, they just do not pull the particals or clean the dishes to an acceptable measure. I will not be using this specific action pack again.

My husband and I decided to give the Cascade Complete's a try. We were tired of our dishes left with food caked on and having to run everything on pots and pans just to come out still dirty. The Cascade Complete's are a life savor. Every dish, every glass and every fork came out not even clean, but shiny and looking new! We will never again run our dishwasher without a Cascade Complete again!

I have a newer house, but, the dishwasher I have was recalled, very scary, the builder fixed it but, I should have went like others for a better one, anyway, I love the tablets even having a horrible dishwasher it works wonders this products and I would never change to anything else, it's totally complete and you can quote me......Cascade

This is my favorite brand for dishwasher detergent. I've never had any issues with it not dissolving or my dishes not being clean. I like having it in this tub because it makes it a lot easier to grab them out versus ones that have a ziplock seal and you have to go fishing for it. These have never failed me and I don't have to make sure my dishes are completely clean before loading it

I've used Cascade for years and I've always had great results, even when my dishwasher wasn't working at it's best. I've tried other brands to save a few bucks but they left my dishes looking dull or left spots all over them. Cascade leaves them shiny and bright!

They are so easy I can let my young granddaughter put the pack in the dishwasher, close the top, close the dishwasher and push start. (Of course with supervision) The product works exceptionally. Well on dried on food and dairy products. A problem in a three generation household.
