[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a stainless steel dishwasher and very hard water so my glasses, dishes and dishwasher were always cloudy with a white film all over it, I tried all the dishwasher cleaners out there but nothing worked until I started using the CASCADE PLATINUM PACS and slowly but surely my dishwasher was sparkling clean along with all my dishes, I don't have any more film on my glasses, I have told many people how well the product works, even the GE technician who came to service my refrigerator.

These things are wonderful. They clean better than the liquid or powder solutions. I have tried all of the brands on the market. I have decided to stay with Cascade complete all-in-one pacs. They work better than anything else on the market. My mother is even using them, now.

It even leaves the dishwasher a little cleaner and a bit more sparkly! The results were truly amazing: sparkling glassware, my flatwares were mirror-like (there were no spots), nd my plates and bowls were perfectly clean. I really wasn't expecting this. THIS is much better. Works exceedingly well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how great the dual action pacs work on cleaning dishes. I have always used Casade products and am very pleased with how efficient they work. The only thing I would like to see more of is the bigger containers so you dont have to keep buying sm. pacs every other week. I run my dishwasher alot with a family of 4.

I love the convenience of using the Cascade packets; however, after I have been using the same pack for a couple of weeks or so, the packets start to stick together. When I go to get one out to use it, I find them stuck together, and then when I pulled them apart, they burst. I thought maybe it was moisture under my sink (not sure why.. brand new kitchen), so I stuck a paper towel in the container (I bought a large size container at Sam's Club), and this still didn't help. Any suggestions? Thank you. Indiana

I love cascade gel packs because for one they clean well and leave a clean sent throughout the kitchen. But my favorite reason is the ease of use. No fumbling with a plastic packet trying to open it with wet hands. I leave the bag open in a drawer and reach in to get a drop-in. Very easy and makes dishwashing just a little easier.

I changed to Cascade Complete because Consumer Reports rated it as the best. Overall I am quite pleased, as my glasses don't have their typical foggy look, but recently I am noticing the smell that remains on my plastic containers. I don't want to use my water bottles because of the chemically soapy smell. Help. Will a repeat rinse help?

I've used Cascade all of my life (well, since there were dishwashers) and now it doesn't matter which kind of Cascade I buy, all of the dishes come out with a white powder on them. All of the aluminum pots and pans are dark colored now, also. I can't even use the glasses that are run through the dishwasher because of the white powder on them. Whatever they've done to the formula, they need to undo!

I absolutely love the Cascade packs! They are so easy to use and even my hubby can load the dishwasher now!!!!! No excuses accepted. The Cascade packs elimate dry powder caking on the bottom of the dishwasher or the gel running over in the cup. Thank you, Cascade!!!!!!
