[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Cascade Complete with the fresh scent. It is the only dishwashing product I use now. It always leaves my dishes sparkly clean the fresh scent is not overwhelming like some scents are. The power of Dawn has been proven once again. The Dawn® • Rinse aid action with Shine Shield™ formula rinses my dishes beautifully.

I have been using cascade complete for quite a while and was always satisfied with the way it cleaned. I never had a problem with the plastic desolving during the cycles. But I have been completely dissatisfied with this product. I have tried this 3 times and at the end of the third time I had to remove all the dishes and wash them by hand. Will never try it again. I would give it a 0 star rating but the system will not let me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this soap! Cascade Complete works so well, there have been times that I don't have time to rinse the dishes and they have still come out sparkling clean! Now that's a soap that does the job right! Great price, great job.

While the idea is a good one, the implementation is not. The liquid part of these things stick together and trying to get them apart tears them and the liquid leaks all over (probably onto other packs causing more sticking ...). Yes, they say to keep them dry and dry your hands before grabbing one, but even that doesn't do the trick. They still stick together and tear. I won't buy these again. I'll stick to the power in a box.

Used to love Cascade but now have to read fine print to make sure I do not unwillingly pick up "fresh scent" again. It is not highly visible and I had no idea that they had perfumed the product. Tastes awful.....cross between lavender and perfume...ICK!!! Every time you eat off utinsels, etc. you can taste it and it is NOT pleasant. If I can't find lemon or unscented I will be switching brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a piece that keeps breaking off in my dishwasher. It spins the water around and I always fear the dishes will not get clean. I have been using Cascade Platinum and when I check my dishes they are clean!!!!!

I will never use another dishwashing pack again, unless Cascade raises the bar again with an even better formula ;-)

I don't have to wonder if I used enough soap plus gone are the days I had to use soap in the prewash! My dishwasher is 20 years old and no other detergent helps it get our dishes as clean! Please buy these platinum pods in your preferred scent because you won't use anything else!

I have used the extra bleach and the regular and they both work well. The extra bleach keeps the interior of the dishwasher clean and that is very important. Also, it keeps it fresh which tells lme bacteria is not growing in the dishwasher. This is very important to me! I not only recommend it but have given it as part of a housewarming gift. Thanks for making such a great product. Lyb

Hate the way you have to open the package. The concept is good but I can never open it without a fight. The tabs break or the lid breaks. Please fix the packaging. The product is great. I will continue to buy this product and I will start using pliers to open it if you don't redesign the package.
