This is such a good product--out shines the rest of the products and really makes a difference! My machine was not washing as well as it used to and I thought I'd have to call service, but because I had a coupon for the platinum I tried it and whala, dishes clean again! Glad I tried it instead of calling for service--saved money there!

I am so excited about this amazing product! I have used so many different products before I found it and I know I won't use anything else. It has made a big differance in the look of my old dishes and has saved my new dishes from dicoloring, scatches and spots. It has also saved on my electric bill because I don't have run the dishwasher twice to get the dishes clean. Thank you for making a great poduct!!!

It has so far ruined most of the plates and bowls in my dishwasher. We've been using it for a couple of weeks, and I haven't been this disappointed in a product in years. It has a tendency to leave a hard, calcium like residue on your dishes, resulting in them having to be soaked, then scrubbed with steel wool.

After reading your agreement, I see you onlly want positive reviews on here. I am sorry, but I cannot give a positive review about a product that has all but ruined my dishwasher. It was a beautiful stainless steel interior, but now looks like someone as ground powder into it. I cannot even clean it with bathroom cleaner and make it shine again. My dishes are just about as clean. Your video mentioned washing by hand to take care of this problem. Well, DUH, why do I have a dishwasher? I have used Cascade for many years but am thoroughly disappointed with your "wonderful" new formula.

I LOVE the Cascade Mediterranean Lavender Scent Action Packs. I've always preferred Cascade for performance reasons, and this scent is heavenly. I look forward to running the dishwaher, the lavender scent makes the house smell so good. I'm tempted to run the dishwasher when company is coming, just to ensure a clean fresh smell in my home.

I have tried many and they all either leave a residue on the dishes or I find a half dissolved tab in the slot- meaning the dishes didn't get completely clean! The Cascade tab fully dissolves and leaves my dishes sparkling clean!

I have been using cascade complete for quite a while and was always satisfied with the way it cleaned. I never had a problem with the plastic desolving during the cycles. But I have been completely dissatisfied with this product. I have tried this 3 times and at the end of the third time I had to remove all the dishes and wash them by hand. Will never try it again. I would give it a 0 star rating but the system will not let me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this soap! Cascade Complete works so well, there have been times that I don't have time to rinse the dishes and they have still come out sparkling clean! Now that's a soap that does the job right! Great price, great job.

While the idea is a good one, the implementation is not. The liquid part of these things stick together and trying to get them apart tears them and the liquid leaks all over (probably onto other packs causing more sticking ...). Yes, they say to keep them dry and dry your hands before grabbing one, but even that doesn't do the trick. They still stick together and tear. I won't buy these again. I'll stick to the power in a box.
