[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried several different products, cascade has always worked the best. The actionpacs really offer a great convenience of putting it in and going. The dishes always look great no matter who loads the dishwasher, and the dishwasher and dishes always smell great when you to unload it.

While watching television one day I saw a Finish commercial that alleged its product could get a baked on mess out of the lady's roasting pan. She claimed to have changed from Cascade because she wasn't satisfied with the product. Being loyal Cascade users, our family wanted to see if we could go a step further: I decided to see if I could get the dishes clean using COLD water. After loading the dishwasher with the usual greasy pots, pans and dishes, I popped in a Cascade Complete All-In-One Action Pak. All of the dishes came out sparkling clean, including the pots and pans - no remaining grease, food residue, or baked on spackle! It was great proving that Cascade has a product that trumped Finish. I'd love to make a commercial in which I challenge a Finish user with cold water. Let's see if the lady and her red dishes can go toe-to-toe on this test. Way to beat Finish to the finish line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of different items. Powders, liquids, gels...Some off brand and some other top brands that claimed to be the best. They all failed to get my dishes clean. Then, I found Cascade Platinum Pacs. They are so easy to use. Just drop a Pac into the dishwasher, close the door and start it up! It saves time and my dishes come out sparkling and the scent during the wash is so clean and fresh! I found the best and that is Cascade!! If you are searching like I was, stop searching and look no further than Cascade Platinum Pacs! You'll be glad you did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum has all the cleaning power needed to break through even the most caked on food — from plates to casserole dishes. Clean is clean and you can always count on Cascade Platinum to make cleanup easier. It makes glasses and silverware seem to shine like diamonds. Try it, you'll definitely like it!

I am highly disappointed with the results after using this product. The residue, and cloudy film left behind on my glassware, dishes AND my baby's bottles, left me disgusted. I thought maybe it was my dishwasher needed to be cleaned (so I did that) yet still the product left the same film on everything. Definitely left me no choice but to switch to a new brand.

Cascade before the formula change was always the detergent to use in our hard water with great results. I couldn't be detered from using Cascade. After the formula change, results were not great, but for a while were okay. Now there is a rough finish to all of my dishes. Please put a warning to users with hard water that the water temperature, extra detergent, and rinse aid do not overcome the problem of rough finishes on dishes that now occur with the use of the new formula Cascade with DAWN. I can not stand to eat from my dishes now, I am hand washing and scrubbing all eating surface items as of today. We need a better solution for hard water areas, but it is not Cascade dish detergent!

I have used cascade for awhile and never had an issue. However, we bought the gel packs with dawn and they are horrible. it leaves a horrible residue on all my dishes and even after I try and wash them by hand again the residue is still there. I think I"ll go back to the regular cascade again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher detergent. It always leaves my dishes looking sparkling clean and gets the toughest residual off my dishes. Love that I don't have to pre-rinse my dishes. Will never use another product. Don't hesitate to purchase this product.....it will not disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very good at cleaning dishes and glasses. Pots and pans also come out very clean and do not need to be scrubbed before putting in the dishwasher. Silverware comes out nice and shiny. I have not found spots on glasses or dishes. Grease comes off utensils very nicely.d
