I have tried many automatic dishwasher products and have not really been satisfied with the cleaning. Some didn't completely dissolve and some left food residue on dinnerware. Cascade's all in 1 actionpacs have solved that problem for me. No more stuck on pasta or rice, which is the worse. I just got a dishwasher not too long ago. I picked up the Cascade Complete Packs about a week after. I thought they worked very well. After I had used them all someone had given me an old box of the Cascade powder. Let me just say that the stuff in the box didn't hold a candel to the new packs! With the old powder/granuals it seemed like no matter how little I put in the machine it never all dissolved. With the packs I don't have to worry about any icky residue. The Cascade Complete Packs are definitely a staple in my household now! Thank You.

I find that the only thing the Cascade Complete Packs doesn't seem to remove to my satisfaction are chapstick or lipstick marks left on glasses. I have a 2010 Kenmore Elite dishwasher, which is an excellent model, so I'm confident that's not the issue. I end up having to scrub the upper rims of my cups and glasses before I put them into the dishwasher to avoid the embarrassment of handing someone a glass with traces of chapstick or lipstick on it. I switched to Finish All-in-one Powerball Tabs, but I got the same result. Does anyone have any advice?

We are very happy with the results and usually we aren't great with rinsing the dishes before we put them in the dishwasher, but that isn't a problem with this product. We highly recommend.

So with coupon in hand I went to the store in search of something new to try. I grabbed the Cascade Action packs and we were in business. I paired them with the rinse aid and had an excellent outcome. Dishes came out clean and free of any residue. We do a minimum of 1 load of dishes a day and its nice to know that we will not have to run them through additional times, they come out clean the first time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have discovered Cascade Platinum I don't use anything else. It does a superior job cleaning my dishes. Leaves no spots on glasses and the rest of my dishes come out sparkling clean. Why would I use something else, when this does it all!

Cleans great, but... the scent is so strong that it leaves its aroma on most of my plastics - NOT GOOD when the taste of detergent gets in your mouth! Yuck... please - automatic dishwashing detergent does NOT require a scent. I will avoid buying the Citrus Breeze or any scented Cascade again.

I already used Cascade Liquid and it does work better than the other dish washing liquids, but it still left a small residue on some of the dishes. I just expected this to be the norm for all cleaning agents that are used with dish washers, so I really didn't expect much of a difference in the Cascade Platinum Pacs. Wow, was I ever surprised! My dishes were coming out absolutely spotless - No film whatsoever, - No stuck on food! Although this product cost a little more, I have to have it. The extra cost is absolutely worth it. Coupon or no Coupon, sale or no sale, Cascade Platinum Pacs are my splurge items.

I usually purchase the Cascade liquid but I had a coupon for the Cascade Complete All-in-1 Action Pacs so I tried them. Now that I have tried them I love them. You just put 1 action pack in the dishwasher and that's it! No measuring, no mess, just really clean dishes. It is so simple and my glasses and dishes come out really clean. Even if some food particles were still on them while loading the dishwasher, it still made them come out very clean.
