I bought a new dishwasher last year. I figured it being new I could use any dishwasher product. So I bought a cheap store brand. After the first few washes I was ready to call the maker of the dishwahser because every time I took my dishes out they were covered with some kind of grit and not even clean. I decide I would try Cascade before I called. After only the first wash what a big difference no grit and super clean dishes. Have been using cascade ever since. Would totally recommend this product.

Have used several brands of the all in one packs but this brand is the only one where they don't open...so I have to rewash my dishes (And YES I used correctly)! I tried 4 different packs and none burst! Maybe I have a faulty bag of them or something...but having to rerun the dishwasher several times is a waste of money!

Dishes come out clean as a whistle and our 19-year-old dishwasher performs like new. Because our water here in SE Arizona is very hard we'll mix in a small amount of Lemi-shine periodically. Results have been outstanding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We washed dishwasher safe bottles on the top rack and found that this detergent left an odd smell in them. After having water in the bottles we found the water would taste very strange after a few hours. I stopped using it.

I decided to step it up and bought the Cascade Platinum ActionPacs and I'm sold! They get my dishes clean, even in an antique dishwasher. Lol! I was blaming my husband for using to much soap in the dishwasher when I noticed a white film all over my dishes,pots,pans, glasses,and silverware until I seen on the news that cascade has taking out phosphate out fo their dishwasher soap and this is what it did. I will never buy cascade again maybe they should of put some kind of warning on the product now it is to late. I can't get off!!

I HATE these! I bought them because I'm usually so satisfied with Cascade's products but I am so disappointed in them. Not only do my dishes not get clean, but the pacs leave behind a gritty and cloudy residue. Never had this problem with Cascade's other detergents or other detergents I've used in this dishwasher.

I find that this product in the new packaging does not clean the dishes sufficiently. I frequently pull dishes out of the washer and there is still food debris on my of the dishes which I then wind up washing in the sink. I don't know if it is the packaging or if the product compound has changed. I definitely will not buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Cascade Complete and how clean the pods get my dishes. I do not have to pre-rinse, pre-wash or pre-anything else. I usually only buy when I have a coupon or it is on sale but this product is worth the extra either way.
