I have used both the powder packet and the gel wasn't happy with ether one all though the gel left fewer spots than the powder . I went with a nother brand and there were all most no spots and no film like CASCADE leaves on the glasses . You need to check out that blue stuff it works great ! SORRY I use the powder now that there hard as a brick to help clean my tolit . I got a bunch left over and no place to use them !

I have baked on food in casserole dishes that comes out perfectly clean. The finish left on my stainless cook wear is beautiful and no spotted glasses either. I will not use anything else.

A simple trip to a neighborhood superstore to purchase Cascade ActionPacs became the purchase that made my day. I saw the Cascade Complete ActionPacs and decided to give them a try. I used the other types in the past and felt they were average. Today, I found out that my dishwasher wasn't down to its last leg; it just needed some good stuff! I never seen a dishwashing experience such as this and I am a 28 year old male with no experience with the old fashion ways. I was beginning to think I'd have to use a dish rag and dish detergent...

It had been years since I used one, so I tried a few different brands before I used Cascade Platinum - it's the only dishwasher detergent I will use - love that my dishes come out spotless - and no pre-rinse of dishes is needed.

I always used Dawn dish soap before having a dish washer and I still use it for pre-washing my dishes. I was not sure what to put in my dish washer and I loved that with these pacs you just put them in and go no need for pouring anything or adding other things to my cycle. This is one of my favorite products and I will NEVER use anything else. My dishes always look and feel great no film no spots and never leaves any food behind. I wish it was a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. Thank you Cascade for making such a great product.

Our dishes used to come out with specks of dishwasher detergent still stuck on. We literally thought our brand new dishwasher was defective. We had the maintenance guy out, turned the water temperature up, pre-washed, everything. I finally broke down and got some Cascade Complete Packs, and haven't looked back. The dishes come clean, even without rinsing. I only wish I would have done this sooner. The Mr. tries to find something wrong with them now, but can't find anything to complain about. I win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade products are the only kind we use in our dishwasher. We recently started using the platinum pacs instead of the liquid cascade. They work great and are super convenient! Wouldn't use anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with this product! We have well water so there was offs film on the "clean" dishes with other products. Also had dried food left on "clean" dishes. This no longer occurs with Cascade Platinum. When the inside of the dishwasher needs cleaning, I use Cascade Platinum with Clorox and I have a very clean dishwasher! FYI: Despite listing the OxiClean product listed below, I really never use anything but the Cascade Platinum products mentioned above. I only picked the OxiClean because there was no option for "none of the above."

I have very hard water that leaves a white film on my dishes. I began using Cascade because of the commercial claims. Over just a few washes, my dishes were noticeably clearer. I got used to it... I saw a commercial from Brand X claiming they were better than Cascade, so (silly me) bought it and tried it. In no time at all the horrible white film was back!! I threw it all away and went back to Cascade Pacs. Cascade, I will never stray again!!

I am not happy with this product! I am so tired of running my dishwasher and having dirty dishes that I have to hand wash! I have been looking for Cascade with phosphates; but have had no luck. If a product is working why do you have to go and mess it up? Please put the phosphates back! I hate to hand wash!
