[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum ActionPacs are definitely a force to be reckoned with when it comes to cleaning power! I had always used Cascade in the past, but had typically purchased the regular ActionPacs, and though decent in cleaning, would sometimes leave behind residue. Since using Platinum ActionPacs, I have not had that issue - my new go to!

I have used Cascade products for 25+yrs. Thought I would give the new Complete a try. Terrible!! The packet that the soap is in doesn't disslove, clumps of soap remain in dispenser and I wash dishes by hand. So this morning I am off to the store to purchase a different product.

If there was ever anything wrong, it was an error on my part or the dishwasher....NOT CASCADE!! I can't have a functional kitchen without Cascade. Believe it or not, it is a stress reliever. Prime example: I walked into the kitchen at 2 a.m. this morning and to my horror, I saw that the sink was full of dirty dishes and the dishwasher wasn't fully loaded. Instead of getting stressed out and upset, I remembered "Hey no sweat...you have Cascade for that." So even though I was very tired and sleepy, I put those filthy dishes in the dishwasher WITHOUT SCRUBBING or RINSING them because I knew Cascade Platinum would have my back and do the job for me. So it was no surprise that I woke up to a beautiful set of clean and sparkling dishes with a dishwasher to match.

Our dishes used to come out with specks of dishwasher detergent still stuck on. We literally thought our brand new dishwasher was defective. We had the maintenance guy out, turned the water temperature up, pre-washed, everything. I finally broke down and got some Cascade Complete Packs, and haven't looked back. The dishes come clean, even without rinsing. I only wish I would have done this sooner. The Mr. tries to find something wrong with them now, but can't find anything to complain about. I win!

I live in a rural area and we have extremely hard water. It seemed that no matter what I did, my dishes came out of the dishwasher with a film and not thoroughly clean. I tried numerous products and dishwasher additives, but nothing worked. It got to the point that I was spending a ton of money on dishwasher soap, rinse agents and dishwasher cleaners and still had to wash my dishes by hand after they came out of the dishwasher. Out of desperation, I tried the Cascade All-in-One packets. To my shock, my dishes were spotless! No film, no residue, no stuck on food. Finally a product that does what it promises! I am a very, very satisfied customer.

The "old" Cascade worked perfectly. The liquid works OK but all of the; "leaves no residue" powders and packets leave so much chalky residue, especially on plastic like coffee pot lids and handles etc. that they have to be hand washed before they are usable. The film is on the glass glasses and plates also. It's very visible and I wouldn't use them until they were hand washed. Why did you fix what wasn't broken?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had given up on getting clean dishes from my 10 yr old dishwasher, until I tried the Cascade Platinum actionpacs I had gotten with a coupon this Thanksgiving. My dishes, pots and pans and even my coffee pot and mugs have never been cleaner or shiner No more coffee stains!! I am converted to the actionpacs. No more liquid and/or Finish products

I had been using a store brand pac before I received the sample of Cascade Platinum pacs and I could tell the difference with the first wash. Our dishes and especially the glasses looked amazing. The glasses actually shined. I put a lasagna pan in the dishwasher without soaking it and the Cascade got it spotless. I thought for sure I would have to wash it again by hand to get the remaining bits from the pan but thankfully I didn't have to do that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend suggested this one and I was like ok I'll try and I will not buy anything else the cleanliness is the best no spots nothing saved my time and my husband doesn't ever complain about the dishes at al!!!!

My dad turned me onto this product. He raved and raved about how clean and sparkly his dishes came out. For me, it's horrible. My dishes are coming out not clean at all, and with a white film all over them. I've used regular Cascade in the past with pretty good results, but this stuff is more expensive and is the pits. I'm happy it works for some people, but it doesn't work for me at all.
