I have used Cascade for at least 45 years and have always been satisfied. With this new product, every metal pan, cookie sheet, etc. is left with a black residue on it that must be washed off after coming out of the dishwasher. Any cloth I use on these items, is left with black smudges and my hands are smudged after putting the dishes away. We do not have hard water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that Cascade Complete is the best dishwasher detergent I have used. It gets the dishes clean in one washing without all the pre-rinsing that I have to do with other products. Cascade may cost a little more than others but it makes up for the difference in cleaning power.

Cascade complete is the best product available for dishwashers period. I have had a dishwasher for a few years now and this is the cleanest, shiniest, my glasses, and plates ,and silverware have ever been. Thank goodness I found it I'll never hand wash again.

I don't mind paying more but you have taken out an ingrediient and the dishes and glasses do not look clean. I saw on world news that people in Washington state drove to another state to get detergient that had the former ingredient in it. You have taken it out because it is bad for the envirment but I am having to look for other dish soap that make my dishes clean and skin. My niece agrees with me.

no matter how many improvements cascade has made to its product, it has taken away the one thing that determines whether or not I, and thousands of other kosher consumers buy the product - the kosher symbol on the package. i don't know why that happened. the new ingredients must not be kosher. i wish you would change that.

Been using Cascade since the 1960's. Tried the new Finish as a one time free offer and was so disappointed. Left my dishwasher filthy. Came back to Cascade and will never leave again! The Complete is Superior in every way-no film, dishwasher absolutely free from soap scum and dishes sparkle. Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting the best performing dish detergent out there!

If you have struggled for years, as I have, with trying to clean a stainless steel coffee pot, well, try this stuff! 2 cycles with the pot on the bottom tray has taken about 80% of the coffee residue off. Couple more and it's new. Same on plastic coffee pot parts. Save the baking soda for baking and laundry!
