[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the Cascade Platinum pacs in my dishwasher. They clean the dishes without leaving any residue and the dishes come out sparkling clean. No cleaning dishes by hand for me before they go in the dishwasher.

I had recently purchased a dishwasher and was using another brand of dishwasher liquid soap. My dishes weren't coming out clean. The cutlery was so bad I started doing it by hand and the dishes all had a strange feeling to them. I finally switched to Cascade Action Pacs. I can't say enough good things about this product. ALL my dishes (yes, even the cutlery) came out sparkling clean! I am VERY impressed! Cascade will be the ONLY product I will now use. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

The product is "citrus breeze scent" Cascade Complete gel with Dawn. The orange perfume smell on the dishes is very strong; and after about a week of using this product, I noticed the glasses started to look orange. One washing with the competitors product removed the orange haze.

I have used Cascade Complete and recommended it to many friends. I have never used any other dishwasher detergent than Cascade. Last week my dishes started having a white film on them. I researched on the Internet the causes of this and, as directed, soaked a glass in a white vinegar solution to see if it made the cloudiness go away. It did, so I purchased Cascade Rinse Aid. The dishes are still covered with a white film. I now read that it is because the phosphates have been removed by law. I understand this; however how am I going to get my dishes clean?

No Problem! Crusty crockpot? No Problem! Cereal bowl, egg pan, bbq grates? Done and DONE! They clean so well that even with that mix of dirty in the dishwasher, that it keeps the grease, eggs, cereal and all from ending up on other dishes! THANK YOU CASCADE!

I have given Cascade platinum 2 tries ( two 14 count bags). This product left a white film residue on ALL my glasses, plastics and silverware. I have had to wash them again by hand. I bought my GE dishwasher less tha 6 months ago. It came with a free sample. I thought I should use what was recommended. I did and regret it. Sorry cascade platinum you don't have my vote.

I have used Cascade Advanced Gel for years and finally decided to try the tablets. I'm so sorry I wasted my money. My dishes, the glasses especially, came out of the dishwasher with a cloudy film all over them. Even though I rinse my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, there are always some little scrap or such remaining and these are washed away. Not with the tablets - anything that was there is now hardened on the dish. It turned my aluminum pie plates that I save and use to heat up stuff, black. They also smell like raw metal. I will not ever use this again! Now I have to go buy the gel, if I can find it!
