I've tried most of the available brands, testing both the expensive ones as well as the cheap store brands. I've found that Cascade pacs are the best available on the market. The fact that it's also very affordable is a great perk. The dishes don't have to be pre rinsed and they come out clean, with a delicate fresh scent.

I just took my glasses from the dishwasher and they are covered with a film and spots. I tried hand washing them and it will not come off. It appears that they are ruined!!! I have been using this Cascade Complete for quite a while and had noticed a film on my china, but because we use mainly insulated plastic glasses, I had not had a problem with "glass" glasses until now. What do I do.... this was an old set of my Mother's that were a light green to match her china and now they appear to be ruined!!! I SAY DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!! Anyone who uses it could be ruining your china and glassware forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was about ready to get rid of my dishwasher. An exspensive aplliance that apparently couldn't clean dishes! After every load I was left to rewash almost half. I cleaned it and followed all the procedures to try to make it better. Finally my mom mentioned Cascade platinum. We haven't had a problem since. Saved my sanity.... and my dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using Cascade Complete Action Packs because they are so easy to use. Unlike other action packs that need unwrapping Cascade is ready to use, just pop them in and your set. You will also be just as delighted when you open your dishwasher to perfectly clean dishes. No stuck on food or water spots here, just sparkling clean dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these things, the clean my dishes every time and even leave a shine. The only reason I don't get a shine now is because my dishwasher leaves a puddle of yucky water a the bottom. But even these cut through that as well. My dishwasher is on it last leg, but these help me still get great clean dishes as if my dishwasher was new. It is great, it does all the hard work!

I recently purchased Cascade Complete rather than the regular Cascade brand I have previously used. At the same time, I noticed that my coffee/tea cups were not getting clean any more. After a complete cycle through the dishwasher, the cups looked totally dirty. I almost bought a new dishwasher, assuming it just stopped working when I realized I was using a new detergent and wondered if that could be the problem. I bought a generic store brand dishwashing detergent and all the cups are totally clean!! Would love to know why the Cascade Complete did not work and the regular Cascade I have used for years (as well as the generic brand) work just fine?

I love the Cascade Complete All-in-One ActionPacs. They are clean, neat & easy. I am able to store them under my sink wihout worrying about spilling them (like the dry products) or worrying about getting all of the product out of the bottle (like liquids). It is also great because I don't have to buy a seperate rinse aid (which is necessary if you have hard water). I"ve been using this product for over a year now and love it! My dishes are cleaner than ever (even w/o pre-rinsing). Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other products and they did not match up to Cascade Dishwasher Detergent. My glassware and plates were very clean and I had no spots left on my glassware. I would recommend Cascade to everyone that has a dishwasher.

Bought Action Pacs container of 90 for the expected convenience of the packaging. Have used about half of the container's pacs and at least five pacs have been attached to other pacs when removed from the container to be put into the dishwasher. Then when I go to separate the two attached pacs, one of them rips and then the blue stuff in the pac leaks out. Not good!! The last pac that leaked splashed onto one of our kitchen cabinets and has marred the finish. Definitely not good!!! Not going to use the pacs anymore and will never buy them again. P&G has a quality control issue with the action pacs as I am sure they don't intend to have them stick together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other brands but have found that Cascade lives up to its claim. My dishes & glassware come out sparkling. No residue from food or the detergent remains on the flatware, glasses or plates & bowls.
