[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher was a great disappointment until I switched to Cascade Platinum. Now everything comes out clean and ready to use without having to be "inspected".before setting the table. Also, if I have stained kitchen towels etc. I just add a Cascade Platinum pack to the laundry and the food stains are gone without the yellowing effect of bleach.

I have always used Cascade, so thought I would try the new Cascade Platinum. This was a BIG mistake. I had a new set of stainless flatware by Oneida and it was 18/10 stainless which is a very heavyweight. The Cascade Platinum removed the finish from two of my knives!!!! So upset that my new stainless flatware is not a complete set anymore due to this product. Informing everyone not to purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade...since it first arrived on the store shelves in its powder form. From the beginning...Cascade has OUT PERFORMED all their competitors. I am now retired and Cascade is still my dishwasher detergent of choice. I WILL USE ONLY...CASCADE!

This stuff is so good we are buying it as stocking stuffers for our family when we go to Canada for Christmas. We can't believe we are actually having fun loading the dishwasher and waiting for the results. (Ya, I know, get a life, eh?) But it IS fun to see how gunky we can leave the dishes and "test" the Cascade. So far, Cascade Complete All in One Action Pacs have passed. Every time. Thanks for the cheap entertainment, P&G! lol

After trying everything and I do mean EVERYTHING including a new dishwasher.....I bought a package of the Cascade Action Pacs. First time was pretty good.....it had a big job cleaning up everything having to do with our well water! Second time was better still! In fact it was better than better! No more nasty cloudy residue or streaking. They are just easy easy to use and do a great great job. You know they're good when your kids want to use them and help with dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this!! I have three children who are learning to load the dishwasher, and part of that included me having to rewash them all after they had, so that no food was left on. Not anymore!! Cascade takes care of all of that!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am one to buy generics because a lot of times they are just as good as name brand, but I have to admit that Cascade Complete is worth the extra money. You pull a pouch out of the bag and there is no messy gel. Even my kids can get this one right! It must have some super ingredient that the other brands do not have because I can honestly say that my dishes come out much cleaner and they shine ... not as much as in the commercials but they do shine.

I have always used Cascade products and I have recently used Cascade Platinum. When I first used it there was no build up on my dishes esp my cups. The smell was great. I will use this product again because it def gets my dishes clean like I want them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Platinum brand is my dishwashing detergent brand of choice. I have used the others, but I like the "pods" as I do in my laundry. I am a fan of P&G products from toilet paper to dish detergent if I hand wash dishes.

I have been useing Cascade for the past 40 years. Why did you need to change your product? All my stainless steel pots that were shinny are now all a awful looking dark grey. I have to scrub them by hand with brillo or sos to get them to shine again. My husband helped with the dishes last night and now my pots look awful again. I bought the large 48 Complete size with blue and green liquid in it. I have used the powder in the past but it doesn't always disolve. I do not have hard water, so that is not the problem. I decided to throw out the rest of my Cascade as I do not have a receipt to get a refund.
