The Cascade Platinum PLus seems to do a pretty good job of cleaning our dishes and cultlery but I am very curious about the chemicals used in this product. You identify this as "Platium" which on - line with Google is identified as a precious silvery-white metal, the chemical element of atomic number 78. How much Platinum is actually used in manufacturing this dish washing cleaner? Is this metal hazardous for human consumption? I recognize Citric Acid and water as two ingredients in this product but there is no information about all the other chemicals mixed into the"pods" and any potential toxic ingredients in each item listed that might linger on the plates and be harmful to humans with their toxic content to be used on plates and cutlery. Impossible to rate VALUE and Quality without a very clear guarantee that these are no human harmful ingredients in the Cascade Platinum dishwasher pods.

I used to absolutely LOVE Cascade Complete. Most recently I purchased the Citrus Breeze Scent- and it didn't wash my dishes very well. I now have to wash my dishes TWICE after using this product. The point of using a dishwasher is so I don't have to wash them myself- the machine will do it for me. Now, I'm finding myself SCRUBBING the soap off of my dishes. Considering this, as well as environmental costs, financial costs, and just the extra time it takes for me to use this product, I will NOT be buying again soon.

I use a Mr Coffee Tea Maker alot. Your old formula removed the tea stains in the tea bag basket . I have used all your Cascade formulas recently and none of them remove the tea stains. I like your product very much and will keep using it, but just a little disappointed about the change in product.

I didn't change products because of the negative reasons many of you posted here, Nope I changed from the regular gel to the PLATINUM PAC'S. If I was offered dishwasher soap for a year free, still wouldn't change. Now if Cascade come up with a new improved Product I would entertain the idea ! Cascade is a great product....Don't stop making it !!!!!!!!

I have used tabs of varying kinds for several years now but when I asked my 23 year old son to stop at the store and get some dishwasher soap he brought home the Cascade Complete - one that I had never used before. I must admit I was a little disappointed because the cost is more than I typically pay. BUT... after I used the product the very first time I was amazed and shocked!! My dishes were so clean, so sparkly. I am now hooked and will never change! I highly recommend Cascade Complete to anyone who wants their dishes the best kind of clean possible!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a dishwasher for over 35 years. I would use Cascade then a cheaper brand off and on until I found Cascade Platinum. I have used the Cascade Platinum Pacs since they came on the market and never thought of using anything else again !!!

Unfortunately, I bought a bag of 40 of these wretched tablets. I used another brand of tablet that worked okay, but these don't. I run the dishwasher full cycle, and when I open the machine, I can see the tablet, stuck to the little compartment, slightly damp, but completely intact. This has happened at least a dozen times. Not only am I not going to buy these again, but if I can't find someone else who can use them, I'm just going to pitch the rest of the package.

Cascade Platinum is an amazing product! I couldn't believe how well my dishes looked...especially the pots! The copper bottoms of my pots were really shiny after one full wash with Cascade Platinum; they looked like I had just bought them, even though they are 20 years old! My other dishes looked really clean and shiny too...especially the casserole dishes that had baked on food. This product is amazing and I have been telling everyone I know about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used other brand dishwasher tabs/pacs in the past, but found that these Cascade platinum ones do a much better job and do not leave streaks or any residue like other brands do at times. They are a good value and get the job done without having to handwash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Definitely recommend!
