[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these things, the clean my dishes every time and even leave a shine. The only reason I don't get a shine now is because my dishwasher leaves a puddle of yucky water a the bottom. But even these cut through that as well. My dishwasher is on it last leg, but these help me still get great clean dishes as if my dishwasher was new. It is great, it does all the hard work!

I have been using Cascade for years. But recently, because my dishwasher is old, it has been leaving debris on my dishes. So I tried the new Platinum 10X, hoping that I wouldn't have to rinse my dishes by hand again. And my dishes came out Powerfully Clean! I'm sold on the product and I suggest every one of you give it a try!

I had always used Cascade in the past, but had typically purchased the regular ActionPacs, and though decent in cleaning, would sometimes leave behind residue. Since using Platinum ActionPacs, I have not had that issue - my new go to!

The correct amount of everything needed is in each packet. I would gladly recommend this product. We have been using this for over a year and have never had any complaint with the product.

Bought Action Pacs container of 90 for the expected convenience of the packaging. Have used about half of the container's pacs and at least five pacs have been attached to other pacs when removed from the container to be put into the dishwasher. Then when I go to separate the two attached pacs, one of them rips and then the blue stuff in the pac leaks out. Not good!! The last pac that leaked splashed onto one of our kitchen cabinets and has marred the finish. Definitely not good!!! Not going to use the pacs anymore and will never buy them again. P&G has a quality control issue with the action pacs as I am sure they don't intend to have them stick together.

I have used Cascade products most of my life and even my mom used nothing but Cascade for her dishwasher. It has been a big part of my life and I wouldn't even think of using another product. I can say with confidence that whoever tries Cascade products you will not be disappointed.

If there was ever anything wrong, it was an error on my part or the dishwasher....NOT CASCADE!! I can't have a functional kitchen without Cascade. Believe it or not, it is a stress reliever. Prime example: I walked into the kitchen at 2 a.m. this morning and to my horror, I saw that the sink was full of dirty dishes and the dishwasher wasn't fully loaded. Instead of getting stressed out and upset, I remembered "Hey no sweat...you have Cascade for that." So even though I was very tired and sleepy, I put those filthy dishes in the dishwasher WITHOUT SCRUBBING or RINSING them because I knew Cascade Platinum would have my back and do the job for me. So it was no surprise that I woke up to a beautiful set of clean and sparkling dishes with a dishwasher to match.

I was surprised on how well this product worked and how EASY it was to use. I seen a huge difference with this product vs powder! My dishes where clean and dry! Yes I will be using this more, but first I must finish the current one first. Waste not want not!
