[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always had to prewash my dishes until I found Cascade Platinum. The most I have to do is scrape some larger pieces of food off of the plates, I don't even really have to do that because, fortunately, my dishwasher has a small garbage disposable built into it. I would prefer to not take chances, ​though. I was nervous placing the dishes into the dishwasher without scrubbing them first. Boy am I glad! What an outcome! I didn't even have water spots, and that is usually a given here. Thank you for so much for making such an awesome product that does what it claims to do. It seems rare that something works like it's supposed to, but I couldn't be happier!

I had been using liquid cleaner in my dishwasher since I purchased it. Cascade liquid did a wonderful job, the best job of all other brands! However, as my machine aged I noticed my dishes were becoming cloudy, the shine and cleanliness was gone. So I thought why not try the action packs. It is amazing! The cleanliness and shine is back in my dishes. I knew I wouldn't be let down by cascade . . ever! Keep it up Cascade! You are my savior of great looking dishes and dinnerware!

I purchased the Cascade ActionPacs after having good results with the Cascade Gel. The Pacs do not 'dissolve' totally after the wash cycle is complete. There is always part of the gel coating of the pac and some of the insides of the pac still left in the dishwasher dispenser. We have a newer dishwasher too (and I've tried other brands and they work fine) so I know it's not our equipment. I am very dissapointed this keeps happening as I thought the pacs would work just as well as the other Cascade detergents. I have tried putting the pacs in with the white part facing up and have also tried putting the gel side up and neither way works as still have part of the pac left in the dispenser. Has anyone else had this problem??

As a retired military servicemember, I have lived in numerous parts the the United States. I have used various brands of dishwashers and dishwasher detergeants and had always been disappointed in the result of the wash. I was never sure if it was the brand of dishwasher or of the detergeant. There was always spots, even when using agent which were designed to prevent spotting. Since using Cascade 2in1 ActionPacs with the Power of Dawn, I have stoppped worrying about spots on my dishes and whether they are clean or not. I no longer have to check each item, re-wash, wet and dry to remove spotting, or scrape food that didn't come off. I am confident enough that I simply remove the dished from the dishwasher and put them away with confidence that they are clean. As a single parent, even one less worry to deal with at home is a big relief.

I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase of cascade with dawn action pacs. I have used them a few times now, and each time everything in my washer comes out with a thick white film on it that will not wash off. I have black dinnerware and it is very obvious and looks disgusting! I can't seem to get it off no matter what I do.

GREAT PRODUCT!!!! I have 2 kitchens in my house both have dishwashers in the kitchen....This product works great in both dishwashers...If you get a scented action pack your room smells so nice as your dishwasher is running...a bonus....The dishes come out very clean and shiny glasses!!!!

GREAT product! I know when I use Cascade Action Pacs our dishes will be clean the 1st time. The pacs are available in several different types, they are simple to use, not messy like the powder or liquid detergents. It is great after a long day to just pop a pac in and relax. Cascade pacs give you easy use without compromising clean!

P&G sent me a sample of 2 pods. These did the job, cleaned the dishes and left a strong fresh scent, it's very pungent when you first open the machine. I was using Finish pods and had no problem with them so just kept to the same brand. I don't really see a difference between these so will probably get whichever one has a better value when I'm shopping. My dish washer recommends to use Cascade pods as it's more compatible. 5 stars for allowing me to try so I have options to pick between brands next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this Cascade I love how it clean dishes, but is gentle to my good china. I just wished it wasn't so expensive. It is higher than the other brands so I only use this product on my good china after a holiday or family gathering. It makes my crystal glasses shine with no water spots.
