Not to happy with this product it left white residue on my dishes my dishes always felt like they had oil on them they never smelled clean . I also recommended the product to my daughter and she was unhappy also ... I dont believe it is the dishwasher they are both new. I wouldn't recommend to anyone else

He did, but protested because cost is a little higher than other brands. After using this product for a month, he says he will NEVER buy a different brand again. This is the best dishwasher product ever. We have put our coffee pot and tea containers in dishwasher and they come out looking brand new. We have never had a better product.

I wanted to tell you that Cascade is my absolute favorite dish detergent EVER. I use the little PODS, and if the store that I stop at is out, then I settle for the liquid. If for some strange reason they are all out...then I venture to another store. I have tried other brands before...only to have to re-wash again with Cascade...others don't do my dishes justice (resedue and left over powder)....Thanks for making an awesome product!

I have just about given up on finding products new products that actually live up to their advertising. Because of this, I have started to buy store brands. However, I tried your new "All in 1" Complete and to my amazement - it does exactly what it says it will, and more. I have some inexpensive glass bowls that have been cloudy since shortly after their first dishwashing. On first use of the "All in 1" those bowls were almost as clear as the day I bought them. They have gotten clearer with each wash. Great product.

If I could, I would give a zero star rating. After being a Cascade user for many years, and noticing that my glasses and plastics slowly becoming ruined with white film and etching over that last few months I wondered if the formula had changed. After Googling and finding the answer here I am angry that Cascade made no attempt to package their new formula with warnings about the damage that might be caused with the change and, especially for consumers in hard water areas. Glasses that I had inheirited from my mother are ruined along with very expensive Tupperware that is sold as dishwasher safe. Do we now have to wash everything by hand? I will not be able to be a Cascade consumer anymore and I am certain no one else can use this new this formula and be happy with the results. The whole point in washing dishes is so that they become clean and clean looking. Please get your chemists heads together to solve this situation!

No rinsing, scraping, or scrubbing beforehand, the dishes are spotless and shiny without any extra work! well worth the money and such a time saver! I don't need to pre-wash dishes to put in the dishwasher, it removes food particles and leaves my dishes sparkling and dry!! What I like best is that it's ONE STEP and ONE PRODUCT to clean dishes!!!!!

A friend gave me a pack of Cascade Platinum and I gave them a try. I will never, never ever, go back to my old brand. I could not believe the difference in my dishe. I thought there was something wrong with my dishwasher, but I was wrong. I recommend these to everyone!

I bought Cascade Complete and found that it etched my glasswear and ruined some plastic glasses. I cannot get the film off, and have had to throw some glasses away. I have soft water and use a rinse aid, so I don't know why this is happening. Unfortunately, I bought a large container that I probably won't finish.

This product was so easy to use. Clean and neat. No more balancing the container on its top trying to get evey drop out of the bottle. The dishes and pans come out beautiful. One of the great things is that you can look in your container and know exactly when you need to purchase more.
