This is a great product. There is never any residue left on the dishes, they're always sparkling clean, and I've never found any evidence of the actionpac left in dishwasher. The dissolve completely. Coupons are always available so it's wallet friendly. Love it!

This is a good quality dishwasher detergent with an awesome clean fragrance. The dishes come out sparkling clean & fresh. The price is reasonable. I like the fact that a rinse aid is built in which means one less product I have to buy! Love my shiny glasses after they are washed with Cascade Complete!!

Rather I use the Pure Essential packs or the liquid gel, this by far has to be the worst dish cleaner ever. Clearly not formulated for the hard water of south Texas. I had to hand wash all my dishes using vinegar to get the soapy build up of just a single wash. At first I thought my dishwasher was broken until I realized it was the Cascade. Very disappointing. I always bought Cascade in the past. No more.

the makers of cascade is leaving out some of the cleaning agents in their products so you have to buy the more expensive product . my friends and i have used cascade for many years . we have switched when they changed cascade complete to where you have to buy more expensive . never had trouble until they came out with packets . cascade is not on my list anymore

I have been using Cacade products for years and have been very satisfied. Recently I purchase Cascade Complete powder and my dishes came out with a white residue on them. I thougfht the problem could be with my KitchenAid dishwasher so I had it checked out and there was no problem. I purchased another box of Cascade Complete thinking maybe there was something wrong with the first box. I was finally forced to change to another brand of dishwasher detergent. I am very disappointed.

We just moved & the old house we lived in had really hard water. In just one dishwasher cycle, our glasses went from shiny to chalky white. We tried these new packettes for ease of use and mess reduction as we have toddlers. To our surprise just ONE USE of these packettes removed the hard water residue from our dishes and the glasses are CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! We're never using anything else again (unless there is a way to improve this product)! Thanks Cascade!!!

I really like the pacs for the over all convenience of being mess free. The only down fall to the pacs, if you leave the lid to the container open and you live in an area (farm, woods etc.) where there are mice, the mice seem to also love Cascade pacs. My advise to everyone be sure to keep the lid securely closed to avoid little visitors. Sincerely.

They get all the dishes clean and there's no water spots or stains left on the glasses!!!! I used to have to wipe everything down immediately after the dishwasher quit. These are awesome!!!! Highly recommended for anyone who has hard water!

I have used various dishwasher detergents but this was the best for leaving the dishes and the washer cleaner that before. Even the dried-on food was history. And the glassware and the silverware come out with a bright shine. No film on the dishes or the dishwasher..better that the finishing rinse that I'd been using for several years. I have and will recommend this product to my friends and family. This is a Great product!!! And I would love to have a stock pile of this product.
