[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried other brands of dishwasher detergent but none even come close to Cascade Platinum. I'm busy and don't always pre-rinse my dishes. That's not a problem at all with this Cascade, my dishes come out sparkling clean and no residue. Would definitely recommend this to anybody!

When manufacturers took phosphates away from everyone - even those of us in states that didn't have a ban - we were stuck with poor cleaning and dirty, cloudy dishes. After trying a few brands, Cascade Action pacs performed better than most. Unfortunately, that means about half as good as before the ban. Dishes still need to be rinsed, soaked, and sometimes redone. And forget about getting tea stains out of cups and pots. I wish I had known the ban was coming so I could have stocked up on the phosphate type to hold me over until better phosphate free detergents are formulated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so convenient and easy to use. My husband often forgot to load the soap and start the dishwasher with the old liquid. He never forgets with this simple pacs. They clean the dishes well and keep my dishwasher clean and fresh too.

Cascade ActionPacs are an outstanding product. I started using them several years ago (2003) after having moved to the Tampa suburbs where the water is highly mineralized. Nothing I'd ever used before worked, and my stainless was darkening, my glasses were turning a milky white and I started throwing them out. Once I tried the ActionPacs my dishes were clean and my stainless started to shine; I didn't have to throw out glass mugs; the world was right again. I've since moved to the Atlanta area, but I won't use anything else now, and I tell anyone I know to try this product. It's fabulous!

I absolutely love this product and think it works very well. However, the ony thing I can say is that if the weather is very warm and you don't have your A/C running, the cubes tend to melt together into one big clump and it's hard to get them apart and they break easily when they end up this way. Other than that - love this stuff.

I run my dishwasher about twice a week and my dishes come out food and spot free. And you don't need a rinse agent. Cascade Platinum Pacs are the only dishwasher detergent I will use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Cascade Platinum. It is the only detergent we use for our dishwasher now. We have tried others but they all leave residue or don't get the dishes completely clean. I don't have to rinse my dishes before putting them in either!

I have tried just about every dish washing product on the market and never really found anything that worked as good as I had wanted it to until I tried Cascade Platinum Pacs.
