[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Cascade Complete in combination with Cascade Rinse Aid. The cleaning performance, even in my extremely hard water, is superb! The real test of effectiveness is my clear glass stemware, which goes into my dishwasher with any combination of dried wine, greasy or encrusted food and lipstick inside and out. They come out clear and spotless every time! I have not tried Cascade Platinum, simply because I cannot imagine getting better performance than I have with the combination of Cascade Complete and Cascade Rinse Aid. I purchase Cascade Complete in bulk, and it is absolutely worth the few pennies per dishwasher load that it costs over the 'bargain' brand. Kudos, P&G!

Scented gel that ruins all your plastic...seems to clean ok. I have had the pacs stuck together though. My son complained of his water tasting horrible. I may have to throw all the water bottles away because of this. Why would your company think scenting the dishes would be a good thing?

I have been using Cascade both liquid and packet form for as long as I have been washing dishes. I have a 75 oz bottle of Cascade with Dawn and there is something in the bottle (heavy wet sand?) It is hard to squeeze out and it is clumpy. I dont know if it is cleaning my dishes or not. The dishes come out clean, but I rinse everything before putting in the dishwasher so my dishes arent all that physically dirty to start with. I dont care about the environmental impact I care about clean dishes. Whats wrong with my product? i tried to go to pg.com to register a complaint but there is no place to enter a complaint. Whats that about??? I called the 1-800 number and got a recording saying they are closed. No room for a message for a call back. Now I have to spend even more time trying to contact this company to find out why my product is defective. hmmmm maybe they dont care about their consumers.

It combats the hard stuck on food, fights through the grease, and makes them sparkle! I love cascade and am totally brand loyal!

I have been using every other diswasher product out there and was disappointed time and time again. Tired of spending money and gas to get those worthless products. I only bought it because I had a coupon and I had tried pretty much everything else. I WAS SOOOOOOO AMAZED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clean dishes.....so convenient....and easy to use. No more goopy messes!!!!!!!!!! I truly am a believer now that there is a product out there that can make me happy!!!

I am a chemist. We have used "Cascade" for years with excellent results. Now, there are several new formulations to choose from. We have, up to now, used the formulation with the grey cap. Recently we have been having dificulty finding the formulation with the grey cap, so we tried the one with the green cap. When we used the gel with the green cap we found that our aluminum cookware came out of the dishwasher discolored, some almost black, although glass and ceramic materials were nice and clean. Being a chemist, I was curious as to the difference between the two formulations. I found that the bottle with the green top listed sodium hydroxide as one of the ingredients. As any first-year chemist knows, sodium hydroxide will discolor aluminum, even dissolve it if concentrated enough. P&G have since removed the ingredients list from the label, so now we buy "Cascade" by the color of the cap. I am afraid that P&G are phasing out "Cascade" with the grey cap. My recommendation is: do not wash aluminum ware with the new formulations. The new formulations seem to work fine for our other kitchen utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several different dishwasher tabs/pacs and these are, by far, the absolute best! It doesn't matter if I don't run my dishwasher for even 2 or 3 days....EVERYTHING comes clean! I would HIGHLY recommend this products to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought when you came out with Cascade Complete that the product could not get better. However, when I tried Cascade Platinum Pacs, I was wrong. Cascade Platinum Pacs leave my dishes and silver ware spotless - even if I overload the dishwasher which sometimes I find myself doing. This is the only product that I ever buy now!

I've had really bad results with your product "Cascade Complete" All in 1, Citrus Breeze scent. The Citrus scent stays on the dishes and glass wear and I can taste and smell it when serving food or beverages. In my opinion this product should be removed from the market. I have tossed out many beverages and food after placing them on or in dishes washed with this product. It is not a pleasant smell and I would prefer NO smell residue left on my dishes after having been washed in my Bosch dishwasher. CLEAN and free from odor is what a dishwasher liquid should be. Why is yours scented? I normally would just put it in the garbage, but in these economically challenged times, I felt the need to write. Thanks for you time
