What am I missing? Everyone seems to love these Cascade action pacs but I can't stand them. They don't disintegrate in my dishwasher, I find the plastic coating melted to the dishwasher soap compartment. And the powder substance never washed away. I have no intent on finishing the rest of my package. I think I've tried 10 out of the 20 pacs in the bag. I will go back to cascade liquid. That I like.

It's frustrating to have to run dishes twice as they don't get fully clean, or have so many spots that they look dirty. We tried the Cascade Platinum action pacs and have been absolutely impressed by them. I haven't yet had to re wash a load, and haven't had to purchase the rinse aid since we started using these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use cascade once a day every day in my dishwasher. It is the best product. I highly recommend it to family and friends. My Mother tried an off brand of dishwasher soap. She came back to Cascade because it is the best product.

Removing tIhe phosphate from Cascade has significantly hurt the cleaning performance. We have noticed poor cleaning results over the past several months. I complained to P&G via telephone in about Sept. They graciously sent me a coupon of which I got a Cascade Complete ActionPacs, Phosphate Free (48 Pacs) product. It simply does not clean as well as the old formula. We have had to rewash our dishes in vinegar to get them spotless. We do have hard water, but separate from that it doesn't even get all the food off the stainless flatware. General comments from friends are the same: Cascade just doesn't do the job today. I'm sorry to report such poor performance for a formerly excellent product. I am looking for a better product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i often load my dishwasher and don't run it till it's full and that can be a day or 2 sometimes...I'm not great at "completely " rinsing before I load so food stays on dishes for up to 2 days in the dishwasher...this product washes away ALL food and leaves NO residue on my dishes. and also drys with no streaks...dishes come out spotless..

I am a lifetime Cascade user and love the easy action packs. I was thrilled to see them come in a plastic tub that will easily keep water out, since like many I store my Cascade under my kitchen sink. It would be even more convenient if you would put a hinged top on it that clicks closed, with a handle on top so when I bend over to get the box under the sink, it will be a cinch to access. Thanks for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dishwasher packs do exactly what they say!! They leave my dishes extra clean as well as my dishwasher! There is no soap residue or buildup inside my dishwasher anymore. I've tried the generic brands and they do NOT work as well as these. Switch to these and you won't be disappointed!

My dishwasher uses an impeller/filter system to grind the solid waste so it can more easily be flushed down the drain. The problem is that the residue from the gel pack combines with the food waste thus clogging the filter. After only 3 months of using this produce I have had to have my dishwasher serviced twice. If your dishwasher uses this type of system, do not use gel pods.

We don't have the best dishwasher, and have used other brands, but they often leave residue or food dried onto our dishes. The Cascade platinum pacs are AMAZING! The kids sometimes dont rinse all of their food off of their dishes, but with these platinum pacs..it doesn't matter..our dishes all come ou sparkling every single time!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our new dishwasher, we started using a competitor's pac because we had read up on it and it really sounded like something we would like. After a couple of months of having to wash dishes again or hand wash them. This did not work for us. So we got a pac of the Cascade Complete. Wow! What a difference this has made in our life. No more having to wash twice or wash by hand before or after. Not sure that I will try anything else.
