I have tried many other dishwasher detergents and non of them match up with Cascade. When ordering invest your money and get the largest size it comes out to be less expensive than the smaller packages.Works using hard water with high iron concentration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using another brand but had a coupon to try Cascade Complete. I was very surprised how clean my dishes came out. They just sparkle and my dishwasher even looks cleaner on the inside. I would highly recommend this product.

I just recently tried the cascade complete packs and I was blown away by how a great job it did. I had the incident of leaving the dishes in my dish washer for over 24 hours so I put one pack in to see if it would really work and it did!! I love this product and im going to keep on using it.

As a long time customer of Cascade, I tried the gel pacs expecting the same quality of product I have experienced with other Cascade products. I was completely disappointed. My dishes were not only covered in a powdery film, they were still dirty. I will never purchase this product again. Big waste of money!

I just unloaded my dishwasher and have now washed three bowls (peach cobbler had been served in them), two small serving dishes (one had been used to serve tomatoes and one cucumbers), a plastic glass and a tea mug. Each piece was still very dirty. My sister-in-law uses this product and always uses two pacs for each load. Even when I do that I still have some dirty dishes. HELP!!!!

I preferr to use cascade complete over any of the other brands.. it works great!! however i have had a few issues with this brand such as them not dissolving on occassion... i have had this happen to me numeroues times and have called in about it.. cascade customer sevice replaced the product, and this didnt happen again for a while until this new box i opened this last week! i always make sure the water is warmed up before starting dishes to ensure they dissolve! is it another defective box or what!!!

We recently saw the Cascade All in one packs at the grocery store and decided to give it a try. The first set we bought worked ok, only one or two incidents of the pack not dissolving and leaving the hardened soap in the dispenser. We figured maybe those were fluke occurrences, so, we decided to go big and buy the 60 pack. What a mistake that was! The gel packs do not dissolve at all, in fact the plastic doesn't even seem like it's punctured to let out the gel. The soap part remains hardened in the soap dispenser, and it looks like the plastic has melted onto the soap in the drying phase. I get it if it happens once or twice, maybe there were a couple defective packs in the bag, but this happened THREE times in a row before we got fed up. I would NOT recommend this product to ANYONE!!

This is a great product. There is never any residue left on the dishes, they're always sparkling clean, and I've never found any evidence of the actionpac left in dishwasher. The dissolve completely. Coupons are always available so it's wallet friendly. Love it!

This is a good quality dishwasher detergent with an awesome clean fragrance. The dishes come out sparkling clean & fresh. The price is reasonable. I like the fact that a rinse aid is built in which means one less product I have to buy! Love my shiny glasses after they are washed with Cascade Complete!!
