I have a 7mo. old daughter who has just begun to crawl. I have suddenly become much more aware of what ends up on my floors, as she is able to get into everything now! Your new all-in-one action pacs are IDEAL for our family as I no longer have to worry about rouge detergent powder/gel getting onto the kitchen floor (where she inevitably ends up every day when I make dinner). Thank you for developing a product that will keep my baby safe from harmful chemicals.

So I was very excited to try out the Cascade Platinum Pods. I used another pod for my dishwasher, but I was so keen on it. I was looking to find a trade and I think i've found it with Cascade. I am in love with these. The pods get all the food off the dishes with out pre wash. I will be purchasing more of these to use since only received a sample pack. I want to use them long term to see if they really clean your dishwasher like it says too!! I'm am extremely happy with this product and recommend everyone to try it. this product left our dishes and glass wear with a film that has to be washed off by hand. we thought there was something wrong with our dishwasher but after having it checked and using some old cascade it is determined that it is the new product we have bought

I recently purchased the Cascade Action Pacs in fresh, and I was amazed at how thorough it cleaned my dishes. There was no residue what so ever on the dishes whether from detergent or food. My dishwasher is approximately 9 years old and the pacs worked wonderfully. There was dried tomato sauce as well as dried caramel to name a few of the stains on my dishes for about 2 days. I have read reviews where some customers are experiencing a problem with the pacs not opening all the way or chalky residue on the bottom of the dishwasher. I have not experienced any of this. I do know however that the water entering the dishwasher should be about 120 - 150 degrees fahrenheit, and the dishes should have room between them to circulate. I have had great results with this product. I love them so much. All you do is pop the pac in the dishwasher, turn it on and voila, dishes come out so clean and shiny. By the way I also turned on the hot water at the sink for a bit to flush out the cold water from the line. I also still use rinse aid because the reps at Cascade recommended I do so. I used to rinse my dishes prior to loading the dishwasher now I don't have to with these. Thanks alot Cascade for a simple, fast solution to dishwashing.

I saw the ads & took the Finish challenge. Boy was I sorry. I learned my lesson, dishes were not getting clean & seem to have a "film" on them, ASAP I bought Cascade Action Pacs!!!!! I hearby promise to NEVER leave my beloved Cascade again ! I am stuck with 3/4 of a large container of Finish don't know what to do with it.....Would throw it away before I wasted time and money using it to wash dishes. Will forever be Faithful to Cascade.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the Platinum Packs. They get my dishes clean every time. I don't have to worry about washing them by hand before I put them in the dishwasher, which is great for a mom who works until evening.

I now do all glassware by hand. Cascade, a product that I have used for years, no longer cleans glassware to a sparkling finish. Rather it leaves a disgusting white film on all the glassware. I would not recommend this or any other phosphate free detergent for your dishwasher. Waste of time and money. I'm going back to washing dishes by hand so I can waste a ton of water.
