I can taste detergent in my food.I checked my water presure. Had a service tech out to check the dish washer's rinse cycle. He told me it was the detergent. I changed detergent problem was solved. Liquid Cascade complete with dawn and citrus breeze is the worst new product product I've tried ever.Lot # 335514580B.

Sorry to say that I switched to a cheaper brand and was very disappointed. Nothing else beats cascade-hands down. With the cheaper brand I had to re-wash some of the dishes several times because of left over residue. I learned a valuable lesson.WITH CASCADE I,VE GOT IT MADE!!!!!!

I purchased a container (155 oz) of Cascade with Dawn and was very dissatisfied with the product. A large mass of the product settled to the bottom of the container and when I pour the liquied into my dishwashing machine, the product looks like diluted skim milk...and that's being kind. Needless to say, the money I spent on that product is gone forever.

It is convenient to use the Pac and I think saves money in the long run. I try to buy them when they are on sale and get the best deal possible.

I received a free sample of this product. I have been using the cascade with Dawn, but this new product is the BEST . I will reccomend this product to everyone I know. I can't wait to use up the remaining gel pacs. I wil put this on my next shopping list. Great for anyone who hates to pre wash.Such a great product for those of us who try to be green and not waste water.

I usually use Cascade Complete. I tried a store brand recently and wow - Cascade Complete is so much better. I could not believe how poorly the store brand worked compared to Cascade Complete. I will skip the store brand from now on. Thank you for such a great product.

I have been a user of cascade products for many years. The new Cascade dishwasher detergent strips the finish off of metal items. It is a complete disaster. Please do not use for any plastic or metal items. It will destroy your prized cookie bake sheets and most metal items. The items end up rough and streaked with black and blue. Some plastic items come out of the dishwasher with a sandpaper finish. This product not recommended for any use.

I have been washing my Swiss Diamond pans in the dishwasher with regular Cascade successfully for almost a year. However, I recently picked up the Cascade Complete with Bleach by accident and proceeded to use it instead. My pans came out of the dishwasher covered in a thick grey goop. It took some research to discover that the goop was aluminum that had been broken down by the bleach in the dishwashing soap. Two very expensive frying pans are ruined now and we may have ingested aluminum that got onto other dishes. I hope that in the future, Cascade considers printing a warning on the package for this soap.

We recently bought a package of Cascade Actionpacks and since then have noticed major deterioration of our metal cookware. My wife's heavy duty baking sheets started to have a powder coating and then today her All-Clad skillet was completely stripped of the anodized coating. The plates and glasses look great, but this detergent has now cost us hundreds in ruined cookware. Do not buy!
