[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher is out of the late 60s early 70s and with other dishwashing powders and/or liquids I think I would have been better off letting the dog clean my dishes! Cascade Platinum powers off all the food and leaves my dishes sparkling clean....ps my dog does not like you at all! lol

I'm having a terrible problem since using the phosphate free deterent, with white soapy staining on my silverware, and pots and pans. I can't figure out what to do to get rid of them. I've tried cutting back on the amount of soap I use, but that doesn't totally get rid of the problem. Any advice?

I have used Cascade Complete ever since we purchased our dishwasher. I recently bought a new dishwasher about the time you removed the phosphate and ever since my dishes are not clean and look cloudy. I run hot water prior to running the dishwasher and am not pleased with this product at all and will be trying Finish Quantum which has a high rating for cleaning dishes.

I have always used Cascade products. Our d/w is 9 months old. The manufacturer recommended pacs in lieu of powder or gel. I have been using the Cascade Complete action pacs, Recently there has been a very strong perfumey smell when I open the d/w, and very strong on all plastics, my pot & pans, and now coffee mugs. It is sickeningly sweet(With Dawn Fresh Scent). So strong I can taste it in my coffee. I tried cleaning my d/w using vinegar. I was unaware that a formula had been changed. As of now, I cannot recommend this product.. I am concerned about the health aspects of this:the possibility of chemicals being released into our bodies! I'm relieved to know there are others with the same problem.

I can taste detergent in my food.I checked my water presure. Had a service tech out to check the dish washer's rinse cycle. He told me it was the detergent. I changed detergent problem was solved. Liquid Cascade complete with dawn and citrus breeze is the worst new product product I've tried ever.Lot # 335514580B.

Sorry to say that I switched to a cheaper brand and was very disappointed. Nothing else beats cascade-hands down. With the cheaper brand I had to re-wash some of the dishes several times because of left over residue. I learned a valuable lesson.WITH CASCADE I,VE GOT IT MADE!!!!!!

I purchased a container (155 oz) of Cascade with Dawn and was very dissatisfied with the product. A large mass of the product settled to the bottom of the container and when I pour the liquied into my dishwashing machine, the product looks like diluted skim milk...and that's being kind. Needless to say, the money I spent on that product is gone forever.

It is convenient to use the Pac and I think saves money in the long run. I try to buy them when they are on sale and get the best deal possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product does everything you say it will. my dishwasher is 20 years old and had a lot of stains inside. dawn complete has left my dishwasher looking almost new inside so you know it is getting your dishes clean too.

I received a free sample of this product. I have been using the cascade with Dawn, but this new product is the BEST . I will reccomend this product to everyone I know. I can't wait to use up the remaining gel pacs. I wil put this on my next shopping list. Great for anyone who hates to pre wash.Such a great product for those of us who try to be green and not waste water.
