I have used Cascade for many many years.....and still think it is the best product for all diswashers......dishes always come out clean and shiny.....cannot say enough good things about this easy to use item....Still stock my pantry with a large box of it.....even tho my family is grown and gone.... I have always used Cascade but recently I watched a commercial for another type of dishwashing detergent which claimed to be better than Cascade, so I decided to take a challenge and use this new product and was so disappointed in the other product that I can't wait to go back to using Cascade. The other product claimed to dissolve and it didn't (I had to rewash my load). I will never try another type of dish detergent for my dishwasher, this is the best. Sometimes you have to try other products to realize how great the one you use is. I am just sorry to have wasted money on the other product. Sincerely, A continued Cascade user

I thought the previous products were great, but the Cascade Complete can't get any better. It is exactly what it says it is and I am amazed at how well it worked on some old bud vases of my grandmothers. They had not been used in probably 30 years and I filled the dishwasher with them and they were spotless inside and out. Now I am proud to put them out. All my dishes look great and I have started entertaining again. Thank you for your great products!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Cascade Complete for the first time and was very disappointed. The pouches will not dissolve unless I leave the dispenser door open. Before I tried following directions. The pouch did not dissolve and the dishes were not clean. Cascade is also more expensive than competitive brands. I will not purchase again.

I use the liquid Cascade Complete and we tried the power pack things but we were not at all impressed. It left behind grease and grime and our dishes had to be washed again. I LOVE the liquid Cascade Complete and I will continue to use the liquid formula.

Never leaves water spots and even leaves no residue on wine glasses. I would recommend this product to anyone. it sure beats out the other brands

I have tried many automatic dishwasher products and have not really been satisfied with the cleaning. Some didn't completely dissolve and some left food residue on dinnerware. Cascade's all in 1 actionpacs have solved that problem for me. No more stuck on pasta or rice, which is the worse. Additionally I never have to worry about using the correct amount or spilling the liquid or granuals all over the floor of my kitchen. Cascade all in 1 actionpacs have made it a breeze to do dishes

These are ideal capsules for the dishwasher 👍 The dishes are washed perfectly after them, there is not a single stain on the glasses, and the grease is washed off perfectly. They have a smell, but after washing there is no smell left on the dishes, they are washed off well with water. They also come in a convenient package with a lid. For some reason they stuck together, but that's not a problem.

I've seen these cute little dishwasher buttons, as I call them, for a few weeks. I was very skeptical that a little pack could be that effective. I decided to try them, and I was in shock. I did a little test by filling my entire dishwasher with crusty, non-presoaked dishes. I thought, if it cleans this then it's worth the little extra money. When the dishes came out they were PERFECTLY clean. I seriously could not believe it. How is it possible???? But it is!!!! I will NEVER use another diswasher cleaner again!
