[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Cascade Platinum. It is the only detergent we use for our dishwasher now. We have tried others but they all leave residue or don't get the dishes completely clean. I don't have to rinse my dishes before putting them in either!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this for convenience, and really like the product. It is simple to use, works good. The correct amount of everything needed is in each packet. I would gladly recommend this product. We have been using this for over a year and have never had any complaint with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the Cascade platinum packs for over a year now and have never found anything as good. Dishes come out clean as a whistle and our 19-year-old dishwasher performs like new. Because our water here in SE Arizona is very hard we'll mix in a small amount of Lemi-shine periodically. Results have been outstanding.

The "old" Cascade worked perfectly. The liquid works OK but all of the; "leaves no residue" powders and packets leave so much chalky residue, especially on plastic like coffee pot lids and handles etc. that they have to be hand washed before they are usable. The film is on the glass glasses and plates also. It's very visible and I wouldn't use them until they were hand washed. Why did you fix what wasn't broken?

I had been using a different dishwasher detergent pod - the one recommended when I bought the machine. I figured I should use them since the sample came with the machine. I wasn't really impressed with the dishwasher or the detergent. When I tried Cascade Platinum I felt like things were working the way they should. The dishes were shiny and clean, and so was the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this Cascade product. The addition of Dawn is guaranteed to remove even the most stubborn greasy messes on my dishes. The individual packs are great - they hold every possible cleaner you would want for your dishes without the hassle of having to add numerous products to the machine! Thanks!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the best cascade product that I have used! It cleans very well and leaves no residue and no trace of any food particles that other gel packs can leave on your dishes. It leaves the dishwasher clean as well!!

I am so pleased with the performance of your new Cascade Complete dishwasher detergent! For years now we have fought with very hard water and its effects on our dishes. We've tried everything from special rinses to adding vinegar, borax, you name it. The end result was always the same: particulate junk stuck inside the top of the cups, dishes that should have been clean and just weren't. So frustrating! We even bought a brand new, top of the line dishwasher, figuring that maybe it was a problem with the unit. No good. Three weeks ago my husband brought home a bottle of the new Cascade Complete, and oh, my gosh, the difference in the dishes was immediate! No more junk in the cups, the shine on the plates had returned, and I didn't have to add anything other than the usual rinse solution! I'm sold! Even the stuck on food on the plates, which I normally would have had to scrub off, was gone. I am one happy camper! Thank you, Cascade Complete!

I really like how it works on all my dishes, except my most important. It does not work well on my bottles for my babies. There is always residue and dirt leftover inside. I actually use a generic grocery store on on my bottles because it tends to work better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. I'm just going to tell the truth. I've seen ads that swore their product would clean cooked-on foods without scrubbing but my dishes would always come out just as dirty as when I put them in. What's the use of having a dishwasher if you have to wash the dishes before you put them in it? Finally, there's a product that does what it says. I'm in love.
