I along with many others are pretty outraged by P&Gs decision to totally eliminate phosphates. This was an industry decision that had nothing to do with any laws in most states. I just cannot believe that in the last 40 years that this has been an issue that P&G has not found a solution. My specific case is hard water related where the first wash in the new phosphate free Cascade basically runied my everyday stainless utensils and Corel dishes. Yes with a lot of elbow grease I can get quite a bit of the white residue off but they are certinly not like before washing in Cascade. I am quite disapointed in P&G having been a loyal Cascade customer for over 30 years. I would have expected a lage company like P&G to come up with a solution rather than leaving the experimenting to us customers. You really need to review what ever policies led to this decision. Yes the industry group made the decision but you are the industry! Gimme a break!

I'm a busy lady and use Cascade for the best dish washer soap I've ever used and recommend it to all my friends. I love all their products and Mr. Clean's white sponges to get marks off of everything and cleans the spa inside and bathroom toilets, tubs, sinks and showers. Great for cleaning the grout on your tile and it comes out like new.

It would be nice if dishwashing cleaning compounds such as Action Pacs had a place on them to score the tablet. We have a soft water system in our home, and the Action Pacs create too much soap in the dishwasher, not noticeable until one takes a clean glass, fills it with water, and notices a few suds on the top. However, I love the convenience of the pacs.

We recently saw the Cascade All in one packs at the grocery store and decided to give it a try. The first set we bought worked ok, only one or two incidents of the pack not dissolving and leaving the hardened soap in the dispenser. We figured maybe those were fluke occurrences, so, we decided to go big and buy the 60 pack. What a mistake that was! The gel packs do not dissolve at all, in fact the plastic doesn't even seem like it's punctured to let out the gel. The soap part remains hardened in the soap dispenser, and it looks like the plastic has melted onto the soap in the drying phase. I get it if it happens once or twice, maybe there were a couple defective packs in the bag, but this happened THREE times in a row before we got fed up. I would NOT recommend this product to ANYONE!!

I went into a local store and they didn't carry Cascade Complete so I decided to try their brand (it said "compare to Cascade"). And now my glasses are all cloudy and don't look like anything I would drink out of or allow my kids to use :-( I'm very cost contious, but I'll spend the extra money on Cascade Complete even if I have to drive around town to find it.

i love everything about this product except for one thing:...the package...it is hard to open with wet hands and then you get moisture in the bag as you are reaching for a packet...could not you find a way to package it that would dispense one at a time with maybe a tube with a snap on cap?? ...when you reach into the package to get one packet sometimes the other ones get some moisture from your hands on it...this makes them gooey...so... love the product..hate the package

Cascade complete just keeps getting better. I love this new one. We spent several days with some friends over the holidays and ran their dishwasher with a brand of dishwashing detergent I will not mention--it was a brand listed as safe for the environment. We had to run the dishwasher 2x's and the dishes still had to hand wash some of the dishes. I have used Cascade complete since it was introduced in liquid form and now I am stuck on using the tablets since they were introduced--Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is the best tab product out there. I have tried many and they all either leave a residue on the dishes or I find a half dissolved tab in the slot- meaning the dishes didn't get completely clean! The Cascade tab fully dissolves and leaves my dishes sparkling clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are few things more frustrating than needing to hand wash dishes because the dishwasher baked on food particles instead of cleaning the dishes. After years of blaming the dishwasher, inadequate pre-rinsing and my husband's stacking method I learned that the culprit was inferior dishwasher detergent! I fully converted to Cascade Platinum ActionPacs and guess what??? Clean dishes...every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only tried Cascade Platinum Pacs because the packaging claimed that the product really worked well and also I liked the cute and convenient packs. I already used Cascade Liquid and it does work better than the other dish washing liquids, but it still left a small residue on some of the dishes. I just expected this to be the norm for all cleaning agents that are used with dish washers, so I really didn't expect much of a difference in the Cascade Platinum Pacs. Wow, was I ever surprised! My dishes were coming out absolutely spotless - No film whatsoever, - No stuck on food! Although this product cost a little more, I have to have it. The extra cost is absolutely worth it. Coupon or no Coupon, sale or no sale, Cascade Platinum Pacs are my splurge items.
