[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so hard to find anything that cleaned my dishes thoroughly. I got so tired of pre-washing all my dishes just to put in my dishwasher. I tried so many different brands until I tried Cascade Platinum Pacs. They work so well and efficiently. I will never switch to anything else. I recommend everyone try it out.

I have finally discovered what the cause is for the nasty white film that is being left on my dishes. When I see in the articles that you have had few complaints maybe it is because folks are unaware of the change to the product. Many have actually bought new dishwashers to try to solve the problem which is what my husband wanted to do. I currently add Lemi Shine for an large extra expense and they are passable but it probably contains phosphates. The current product is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishwasher had stopped cleaning the dishes. We were unable to purchase another one so we were washing our dishes by hand. During a yard sale I found a used dishwasher for $20.00 so I bought it. At first it wasn't working great but I cleaned the machine and started using Cascade Platinum and believe it or not, the machine is working great.

In a 48 pack of Cascade Complete action pacs, I had only about 15 to completely dissolve. I am very disappointed. I have been using these for years and had no problems, but this container just would not dissolve. Therefore, I had to hand wash my dishes=LOT of time and trouble. Not to mention the wasted water and energy that was used trying to wash these loads in the dishwasher. I don't think I will be buying Cascade Complete action pacs again.

I was very pleased with my first pack of Cascade Action Pacs (liquid was amber colored). The dishes sparkled. Really sparkled. Then I purchased pack no. 2, and what a change! No longer is the sparkle there, and my teacups retain tea stains with the new Action Packs which have blue liquid in them. Had recently run a cleaner thru my dishwasher (before Pack no. 1), so it isn't clocked with old materials. Have you changed the formula???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried other dishwasher detergents but nothing beats Cascade to get my dishes clean. Rarely have to rinse dishes. It's slightly abrasive though so I don't put shiny pots (might ruin the finish) into the dishwasher but everything else goes in!

I thought I was having a problem with my dishwasher, but now I realize it is the the All-in-1 ActionPacs. The product does not consistently dissolve and the pacs have stuck to the dispenser door. I have noticed a residue on the dishes and the product does not clean well. I store the product under the sink and buy the smallest quantity possible to make sure I have a "fresh" supply. I'm tired of having to run the dishwasher twice to get the dishes clean. I'm going back to the powder.

Before leaving for vacation last week, I loaded the dishwasher in a hurry, without rinsing and without loading correctly, with the intention of rinsing and reloading upon our return, to actually run the load thru the dishwasher. These were dishes from the previous day that I hadn't gotten around to doing at all, but I didn't want them to sit for the whole weekend. When we returned Saturday night, I decided to test the power of your product and just threw in the Action Pac and ran the load. There was a casserole dish that had baken on cheese and spaghetti sauce that I just KNEW would need re-washing, but to my surprise, it was sparkling clean! The entire load-- even my palstics-- were clean and grease free! The only things that I had to rewash were a spoon and fork that were nestled and had food between them. I was totally shocked and had to tell my husband! I am truly a believer! I have ALWAYS pre-rinsed before running a load, but I am certainly happy to cut that step now! I LOVE this product!!!

the makers of cascade is leaving out some of the cleaning agents in their products so you have to buy the more expensive product . my friends and i have used cascade for many years . we have switched when they changed cascade complete to where you have to buy more expensive . never had trouble until they came out with packets . cascade is not on my list anymore

I find that the only thing the Cascade Complete Packs doesn't seem to remove to my satisfaction are chapstick or lipstick marks left on glasses. I have a 2010 Kenmore Elite dishwasher, which is an excellent model, so I'm confident that's not the issue. I end up having to scrub the upper rims of my cups and glasses before I put them into the dishwasher to avoid the embarrassment of handing someone a glass with traces of chapstick or lipstick on it. I switched to Finish All-in-one Powerball Tabs, but I got the same result. Does anyone have any advice?
