I have always used Cascade but recently I watched a commercial for another type of dishwashing detergent which claimed to be better than Cascade, so I decided to take a challenge and use this new product and was so disappointed in the other product that I can't wait to go back to using Cascade. The other product claimed to dissolve and it didn't (I had to rewash my load). I will never try another type of dish detergent for my dishwasher, this is the best. Sometimes you have to try other products to realize how great the one you use is. I am just sorry to have wasted money on the other product. Sincerely, A continued Cascade user

I honestly figured they were all the same. These pacs made my dishes all clean and looked wonderful coming out of the washer. I'm extremely happy with them and will continue to use them over the other brands.

Dishes come out clean as a whistle and our 19-year-old dishwasher performs like new. Because our water here in SE Arizona is very hard we'll mix in a small amount of Lemi-shine periodically. Results have been outstanding.

The "old" Cascade worked perfectly. The liquid works OK but all of the; "leaves no residue" powders and packets leave so much chalky residue, especially on plastic like coffee pot lids and handles etc. that they have to be hand washed before they are usable. The film is on the glass glasses and plates also. It's very visible and I wouldn't use them until they were hand washed. Why did you fix what wasn't broken?

I had been using a different dishwasher detergent pod - the one recommended when I bought the machine. I figured I should use them since the sample came with the machine. I wasn't really impressed with the dishwasher or the detergent. When I tried Cascade Platinum I felt like things were working the way they should. The dishes were shiny and clean, and so was the dishwasher.

As a mom of a toddler I'm constantly preparing food and then having to wash the resulting dishes. It's an endless, exhausting cycle. I trust Cascade Platinum ActionPacs to do the heavy duty cleaning for me. I scrape whatever food is left behind into the garbage, pop the dish into the dishwasher and then let it do the work! I can always count on Cascade to clean even the baked on, hard to get bits of food. Best of all mama doesn't have to ruin her manicure anymore scrubbing dishes!
