[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how great the dual action pacs work on cleaning dishes. I have always used Casade products and am very pleased with how efficient they work. The only thing I would like to see more of is the bigger containers so you dont have to keep buying sm. pacs every other week. I run my dishwasher alot with a family of 4.

We had been using a well known product for quite some time and most of the dishes always came out dirty. I bought a small bag of Cascade complete just to try it and was amazed how the dishes came out. They were clean and bright and there was no left on food. I wish I had just gone ahead and bought the bigger bag as I'm so impressed with how it cleans. I will definitely be buying this product and no other brand. I will also recommend this product to everyone. Thanks for a great product!

I have used Cascade for years and LOVED the old formula, which cleaned my dishes beautifully and left them sparkling. This new formula completely ruined the finish on my stainless steel silverware. It turned it a dark blueish color and they always look dirty. They look so bad now that I'm embarrassed to use them and am replacing them. It also left the white haze on all of my plastic ware and teflon that others have complained about, but despite my best efforts, I can't get it off completely. My one box of detergent is going to end up costing me a lot of money! I'm hoping the old formula makes a return!

Last night I had caked on greasy mac n'cheese dishes, icecream frozen on bowls, and dirty dishes piled to the sky. I loaded the dishwasher packed full as much as I could fit in, put the pac in and waited. When I finally looked at the dishes, and took out the once caked mac n' cheese dish my mouth was just hanging open. Not a single spot of food anywhere on anything! Not only was there no food, I was mostly shocked that every single ounce of grease was scrubbed away. Sparkling, shiny, clean dishes! You just won't find a better product. Cascade's products are absolutely amazing!! A+++ 5 stars all the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a sample of these from buying the liquid version of Cascade. Needless to say, I have now converted to the pacs! These pacs are super convenient AND hard-working. No pre-washing is needed on your dishes. I'll never go back to liquid again!

My aluminum clad pans are getting a dark grey coating on them that rubs off on my towels, dishcloths and look very ugly. Is there any way to stop this from happening or am I going to have to handwash all of them when I use them? There were not any problems when the soap contained phosphorus but I really don't want that going into the ground water from septics or sewers. Can anyone out there provide me with an answer to this problem? Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade complete cleans my dishes, glasses and pots like no other product that I've used. I've tried several brands due to my glasses being spotted. With this product my glasses come out of the dishwasher sparkling clean.

I have always favored Cascade tabs over all the other brands. Disolves better than others and cleans better than others. I couldn't tell much of a differnce in this one compared to the others. I like Cascade with Dawn about the best. But overall...great stuff. Works well and I would recommend it to others.

Perhaps the lack of phospate in your product is environmentally friendly, but unfortunately the quality of all Cascade products has suffered. (I've tried them all.) It's impossible to consider any of my dishes clean after using the new products. In order for glasses to have any kind of sparkle, they must be washed by hand. If you were going to remove phosphate, I'd think your scientists would have had the ability to find a subsitute that wouldn't change the washing ability of your products. Unfortunately I'll need to start trying other brands.
