The silver plated silverware comes out looking tarnished. Won't be using this again. Never had a problem with the Cascade powder. Lesson learned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum Action Pacs are a great product and get my dishes really clean. I like not having to measure out the liquid. It is convenient to use the Pac and I think saves money in the long run. I try to buy them when they are on sale and get the best deal possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works OK. I really can't say that anything bad. We have really heavy well water and it takes a lot for the dishwasher to work well. Sometimes the results are good and sometimes the dishes have a residue. The dishes look clean, they just have a white residue that doesn't look very good. I tell people to try for themselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i often load my dishwasher and don't run it till it's full and that can be a day or 2 sometimes...I'm not great at "completely " rinsing before I load so food stays on dishes for up to 2 days in the dishwasher...this product washes away ALL food and leaves NO residue on my dishes. and also drys with no streaks...dishes come out spotless..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cubes work so well I have finally convinced my husband that the dishes can be put in the dishwasher without rinsing. He thought that dishes had to be completely without food before being put in the dishwasher. I kept telling him we had a dishwasher to clean the dishes and Cascade works for me.

This product is wonderful! I know it sounds silly, but I absolutely love the blue-green swirls. My only problem is that it doesn't always dispense out of the compartment during the wash cycle. I've taken to using 2 each wash just in case. I could really use coupons! It's so easy to use and my dishes are really clean!

When I opened a new Cascade in Nov. 2010, I thought something was wrong with my only 2 year old dishwasher. Suddenly food particles were all over all the dishes, and the glasses looked disgusting. I have tried everything out there including Cascade complete packets to no avail. We have hard water and I have only ever air dried, and still it is much harder to hand wash the dishes AFTER they have run through the dishwasher. I avoid using it now and am hoping some entrepreneur online will sell detergent with phosphates in a state where it is legal.

Thank heavens this gets it all AND leaves glasses sparkling!!! I can always tell by the poorly arranged dishes and the filled filter after each load, but man- these are life savers for mom!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade Platinum ActionPacs for several years. My dishes and glasses come out sparkling clean and I don't have to prerinse them. I've tried other brands and am never as satisfied as I am with Cascade Platinum.
