[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 2 dishwashers-only one is currently being used. My wife purchased the platinum pacs a few weeks ago and we noticed a decided difference in our dishes. Cleaner, sparkly, ready to serve. We are sold on these.

I kept hearing the commercials that said that Cascade could not compare to the Finishline product. I was devestated when I took the challenge (of course I purchased a bulk). So my dishes are not clean and I am sad becuase I listened to the commercials that said I should take the challenge. Don't make the same mistake. Stick with what works for a light cleaning to a heavy duty cleaning. Cascade works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the time the pac will dissolve and clean the dishes however occasionally the d/w will complete its cycle and the pac will only be partly dissolved thus leaving the dishes dirty. Recommend a more stringent quality control on the casing of the pac.

My dishes are so bad they are covered with a rough film texture. I have tried every thing. Finally I decided to go online and I am so glad I did. My dishwasher is BOCSH and I checked that over. I have to redo my glasses and when I go to the store I will have to try another brand. Please make your product the way it was last year or that is when I noticed my dished were horrible feeling and looking Thank you

In our tough economic times, value versus function is always at the top of our all too consuming shopping lists. However, let me convince you that 'cheaper is not always better', Consider the time and effort, and soap products we spend PRE-washing our dishes before they enter the dishwasher. Are we really saving anything for those few extra cents we think we are adding to our budget? --NO! Cascade products WORK! They will clean and shine your dishes without the extra expense of other soap products, save you time from working in the kitchen and make the chore of washing dishes something to look forward to instead of Dreading! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we got married, I warned my very neat husband I hated doing dishes. Other detergents left stale food and grime everywhere. Cascade platinum made the dishes sparkle. I don't even have to run the dishwasher again to get the pots clean. Even my husband was impressed. I store up on several packs when they're on sale.

I recently purchased Cascade Complete rather than the regular Cascade brand I have previously used. At the same time, I noticed that my coffee/tea cups were not getting clean any more. After a complete cycle through the dishwasher, the cups looked totally dirty. I almost bought a new dishwasher, assuming it just stopped working when I realized I was using a new detergent and wondered if that could be the problem. I bought a generic store brand dishwashing detergent and all the cups are totally clean!! Would love to know why the Cascade Complete did not work and the regular Cascade I have used for years (as well as the generic brand) work just fine?
