Dishwashers are great, but not when they smell bad and glasses have smears and dishes still have grease and food traces. Might as well wash by hand. Then comes Cascase Complete, one of the few products that lives up to the hype. Diswasher smells clean after cycle, glasses sparkle, dishes shine; and, the packs are pretty, convenient and even fun, yes fun to use. Love the packaging, when empty it can be used to store all sorts of items. Love the product!!!

Product worked great I love the cubes, but I won't be buying the product again. I am going to email a picture I took of the Cascade cube to corporate to show why. Apparently, the cubes somehow got stuck together. If you try to pull them apart it ruins the cube because it pulls the plastic cover off (specifically, it pulls pieces of the plastic cover completely off). I tried being gentle and pulling minimally, but its all fused together. It's frustrating because it isn't like I could see this by shaking them around. Also just FYI, I bought the big plastic box filled with them. I had a chunk of at least 5 that would hang from holding one... all of them ruined. Considering the price of these, that's a waste of my money.

I love how these actually leave glassware free of water marks! I made the mistake of buying the cascade pods without the little purple liquid and instantly noticed the way water dried and stayed on my clear glasses after a dish washing cycle. Can't wait to finish my current stash so I can go back to the platinum cascade pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed each time by how clean everything comes out when using these little pacs. Calling something "platinum" is usually a huge overstatement -- but not these little guys. I just quickly rinse large particles under water so food doesn't crust, but no pre-swiping, washing, or anything of the sort with these little guys.

I still saw some spots.... A bit dissapointing:( However I will say my dishwasher is over 10 years old. I'm sure if I had a newer washer this product would be the BEST. I would buy most certainly. I would tell anyone this is a product worth having, just for the simple fact of making a moms busy life that much easier! If a mom does not have to rerinse to get those spots and can save that 10 minutes, just imagine moms.....10 whole minutes for you!

I bought Cascade ActionPacs for the convenience of just dropping the pac into my dishwasher and turning it on. I've used other Cascade products in the past and have always been happy with the results. However, these ActionPacs are awful! They constantly stick in the dishwasher detergent dispenser, and, therefore, I'm wasting TONS of hot water on my dishes without the benefit of being washed. I've tried several times, but more often than not the ActionPacs continue to stick in the dispenser. THE ULTIMATE FAIL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put my greasy broiler pans in dishwasher with Cascade Platinum and they come out sparkling. This product works with every dishwasher. Messy pyrex dishes come out like new. You are my DREAM product.

We have a brand new dishwasher and more often then not the packs do not desolve when it is run. After the cycle ends you open the door and the pack is still half full or more. How do dishes get clean if theres not soap in the dish washer. Love the cascade liquid but not the packs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum Pacs do an outstanding job of not only cleaning my family's dishes but it also leaves our glasses crystal clear-which is no easy task since our water is super hard! Plus we don't do any rinsing, why wash twice? We scrape, load and then start the washer right before bedtime. Even the breakfast dishes that have hung out in the washer all day come out nice and clean. I'm so glad we made the switch to Cascade Platinum.
