I have tried all of the cascades! after a cycle, some of the silverware still has food on it, Cups have coffee rings and everything has a cloudy gritty feel to them. Even with the platinum. I switched from another top rated brand to this cause my best friend swore it was the best. No, its not worth it. My dishwasher was expensive, and was one of the best on the market.

I was extremely excited to use your new packets and when I finally purchased them and used them I was very disappointed, I used 3 packets, 3 seperate occasions and every time, the packet had not disolved into the wash. The packet was stuck to the door of the dishwasher and was completely intacked. Not disolved, not even the liquid soap on the outside had been released. This was a waste of my money. Not to mention that if one single drop of water gets into the bag, all of the packets stick together and you have to rip them apart defeating the purpose. The end result was the dishes weren't clean, I wasted my money, and I was so sure that your "ActionPacks" were going to work so well that I didn't even keep the reciept so I can't even get a refund. This experience was sadly disappointing. Sorry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade platinum is one of the best products I ever use. There is no need to rinse before putting your dishes in the dishwasher. It removes burnt on food. It leaves the dishes and cups sparkling clean with no residue. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I want to give it a higher rating but...... The dishes come out clean but with an odd feel to them.. Not slimy, it's residue from the water that is VERY noticeable on my dark colored pots & pans.. So I need to use another additive.. I really can't blame Cascade.. The water here is horrible but cascade does clean, if I lived in another area I have no doubt the pacs would clean perfectly....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did you know some dishwashing detergents lose their cleaning ability over time? Neither did I! I had an older pkg of a competitor that I decided I had to use to just get it out of the cupboard. It didn't properly dissolve and left a gray cast on the dishes. Cascade came to the rescue. Grabbed an equally old package - no issues. Sparkling clean dishes, fully dissolved detergent, fresh looking dishwasher! Cascade complete did a beautiful job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter recently bought a house w/ the original dishwasher. She complained about her dishes never looking clean. I told her to try Cascade Platinum and see if that made a difference. To her surprise, it did and luckily she has one less appliance to replace. Thank you...thank you...thank you Cascade!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used many dish washer products over the years; none perform to the level of clean the Platinum ActionPacs do. Stuck on food dirt even grease covered pots and pans all come clean with one cycle. I rated the quality & overall at 5 stars I had to use a 4 for the value, due to their higher cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only brand I use for my dishwasher. I made the mistake of trying another brand and nearly ruined my dishwasher. I will never use another brand. I buy them in bulk since I use my dishwasher every day. Don't bother trying to save money elsewhere. This is truly the best.

I have been using cascade complete for quite a while and was always satisfied with the way it cleaned. I never had a problem with the plastic desolving during the cycles. But I have been completely dissatisfied with this product. I have tried this 3 times and at the end of the third time I had to remove all the dishes and wash them by hand. Will never try it again. I would give it a 0 star rating but the system will not let me.
