[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher detergent I have ever used. It gets my dishes sparkling clean. I had just bought some new glasses when I started using it a little over a year ago, and they are still crystal clear.

I have tried the Cascade Action Pacs and the Cascade Gel and have been very disappointed with the products of Cascade. Both of the products have left so much residue on my dishes to the point where I can't sometimes get it off. The soap scum it leaves ruins my dishes, glasses and silverware. I would not recommend this product.

I chose this product due to it's environmental impact.....one small bag to discard when product is used up! It's great that the product works well too! I think people forget that it takes petroleum to make all that plastic we consider disposable & toss into landfills everyday.Packaging also affects pricing! I hope to see P&G come up with more innovative pkgs for more of it's products! Thanks

I've used Cascade for years, but because of an old dishwasher, my dishes sometimes don't come out as clean as I would like. Since I'm and old guy and usually stay with what I know, I normally don't try a lot of new things, but after seeing the adverstisement on Finish, I thought I would try it. After 5 loads of dishes using Finish I was sorely disappointed. I am anxious to use the rest of Finish and go back to my tried and true Cascade...I've tried 'em all and Cascade is still the best, hands down. Thank You

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum Pac's are the best! Growing up my parents swore by Cascade, period. I tried a couple other brands over the years but found there to always be some sort of residue left on my dishes afterward. Now I swear by Cascade, period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use NOTHING but Cascade and have done so since it first appeared in my store. Greasy, dirty, dried on leftovers---Cascade removes everything to my satisfaction AND everything in that dishwasher has a sheen and shine that says "I AM CLEAN"! !! I have been using a dishwasher since they first appeared in a store and believe me, I have used several different brands. I do not remember when Cascade appeared on the consumer shelf--but I do remember that it is all I have used in many years. Color me OLD -- Color me a satisfied user of Cascade.

Last January we purchased our new home. We also wanted a new dishwasher to go along with it. We expected clean dishes and a clean dishwasher too. No. We have not received either from using Cascade Complete powder. Our dishwasher has an ugly and very nasty looking white residue coat over the tub and spray arms. This residue also covers our dishes. So far most of our new, not so cheap silverware has become spotted and even rusted. Why? The cleaning results aren't all that great either. We have tried to use the High Temperature option, but that does not do us any good. We are considering switching to another higher ranked brand!

The product is easy to use and cleans every item in the dishwasher completely about 95% of the time. About 5% of the time, there is food still on the dish or pan that I need to wash by hand because even running the item through a second time often still doesn't clean the item. I even rinse my dishware, serving ware, pots and pans and silverware before loading the dishwasher.

In my household, we usually always buy cascade dish detergent. We used to use the powder then moved to pacs with both liquid and powder. When I bought them this week I went to use one and it was stuck to another and when I tried to separate them they broke and oozed all over. I normally dont have this issue. Maybe the store stocked them too full and they were crushed together, I'm not sure, it's just frustrating spending so much for dish detergent and some of the product being defective.

I recently purchased a bag of cascades with dawn tablets and one must have been open and the whole inside of the bad of full of the liquid. Could you please replace for me. the number on the bag is 02 36252A3 1940 and the upc is 3700041758. Thank you
