I recently purchased a bag of cascades with dawn tablets and one must have been open and the whole inside of the bad of full of the liquid. Could you please replace for me. the number on the bag is 02 36252A3 1940 and the upc is 3700041758. Thank you

I used power for several years and as my dishwasher got older it did not remove all powder residue but I liked the way it cleaned. I tried liquid but was not as pleased with the cleaning. I changed to the convenient liquid/powder action packs and just love the cleaning. This is the best product design for having the best of both worlds. Thank you!!!

Wow! Who would have thought the tea stains in my husband's "special" cup could have been cleaned by a dishwashing detergent! Many a night i had to soak this annoying cup in my kitchen sink with a bleach solution, being careful not to spill it, not to inhale it, and most importantly, not to let my grandchildren play in it! When the time came to throw this darn cup out, I decided to give it one last chance. I purchased Cascade Platinum and filled up the soap container in my old dishwasher! After this old appliance finished it's cycle, I never expected to witness what I did! Not only did my dishes and silverware look extra clean, but my husband's old tea cup was immaculate! Thanks Cascade Platinum, you are a keeper!

I have been a total advocate of Cascade for years. Until this month is has been the only dishwasher product I would ever consider buying. Unfortunately the past few months my dishes simply do not get clean and have a terrible white film on everything. I thought it was my dishwasher but just found out it most likely is due to the no phosphate formula. I have tried everything but the new formula, no matter which type I purchase, simply does not work with my hard water. I have been forced to switch to another brand. Even though it still does not compare to the results of the "Old" Cascade at least I am no longer ruining my dishes.

Seconds to add Cascade to the dishwasher, start and go! A Pleasant fresh scent fills the air and the dishes are sparkling clean when I open the door! No worries about stuck on foods, streaks or added hand-washing time! Well worth the price over bargain brands that definitely not a bargain.

I was on the verge of replacing my dishwasher, I had even started washing all of my dishes by hand.When I was vacationing I purchased this fabulous product. I gave my dishwasher one last chance, when I returned home. Because of Cascade Complete my dishwasher can stay. I am so pleased at how clean the dished are...I really thought my dishwasher was broken...Thanks Cascade!!!:)

I bought a small bag to try, skeptical that they would be any better at cleaning than the regular Cascade pods we've been using but was very pleasantly surprised. We were able to see a discernable improvement in the cleanliness of our dishes using the Platinum Pacs. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Even with an older model dishwasher, we saw a real difference and have continued to purchase these over the regular pacs.

Okay, I'm really irritated. I've read a ton of reviews from people on this site who are having the exact same problem as I am. I've been using Cascade for years, and within a couple of weeks of switching to the new formula, I ended up with three seriously tarnished pans. These pans have been going through the dishwasher for ages without any problems. Phosphates or no phosphates, I refuse to believe that the makers of Cascade can't find a way to fix this problem. At the very least, you should put a big warning on the packaging. Or will it take all of us joining some sort of class action to replace our pots and pans to get your attention? You have lost a customer.
