[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Cascade platinum & it does a excellent job, even after dishes have been sitting for 12+ hours. They always come out very clean and spotless, no food particles or residue on anything. Costs a little more than other brands, but well worth it.

So with coupon in hand I went to the store in search of something new to try. I grabbed the Cascade Action packs and we were in business. I paired them with the rinse aid and had an excellent outcome. Dishes came out clean and free of any residue. We do a minimum of 1 load of dishes a day and its nice to know that we will not have to run them through additional times, they come out clean the first time.

I received a sample of this in the mail. I was so impressed with it I went immediately out and bought. I was having problems with spotty glass ware and dishes looking dull. We had just purchased a new dish washer too. I tried these and I was sold. My father n law was complaining about his dishes and wanted my husband to come over and take a look. I suggested these, his problem was solved. Nothing wrong with our dishwashers just product we were using. But not any more with Platinum Cascade.

I have used the extra bleach and the regular and they both work well. The extra bleach keeps the interior of the dishwasher clean and that is very important. Also, it keeps it fresh which tells lme bacteria is not growing in the dishwasher. This is very important to me! I not only recommend it but have given it as part of a housewarming gift. When I ran out of my old phosphate product and tried something phosphate free, my dishes and silverware started coming out cloudy and filmy to the point where I was taking things out of the washer and rewashing them by hand. With Cascade Complete everything comes out shiny and bright, just like before; even after the dishes have sat in the sink for three if not four days. I couldn't be happier and will be a lifelong customer.

We recently purchased Cascade ExtraAction with Dawn and now our measuring spoons and the handles of our stainless steel knives look completely tarnished. This happened a few years ago when we tried a knock-off brand, but returning to Cascade restored the appearance of the items. Now that it's Cascade causing the problem, I don't know what to use.

Wow, what a great idea for one of the best solutions to a fundamental problem. Why fuss with the powders when you can simply drop in your actionpac and be done. You don't have to think about how much or how little to load into the cup. It's dishwashing made simple. Best new product out there. I'll never go back to conventional dishwashing liquids. My dishes are clean, silverware sparkle and the best feature is, I don't have to pre-wash my dishes. My dishes, silverware and pots and pans are just cleaner. Makes my life so much easier and time to do other things.

I just recently started using Cascade Complete pacs and love the cleaning power ... but we were embarassed and concerned when in two separate visits by guests they found little pieces of plastic in their glasses. We could only assume it is from the pac not completely dissolving when the dishes are being washed. Why would that happen? We have a new dishwasher and always use hot water.
