Cascade All in One

After using Cascade for years in my dishwashers we are discouraged. The new Cascade that is trying to save the universe by eliminating phosphates is a waste of money. It no longer cleans dishes unless they are already clean when placed in the dishwasher. So more detergent is used and more water is used to acheive the same result. Once again the fake save the planet activists have us taking another step backward to the 19th century. P&G put the phosphates back in your products.

Cascade Action Pacs (all in one)

I have read a lot of reviews and think I have the solution for the unhappy users of action pacs. Do NOT handle the action pacs with WET hands. There is a reason that they come in a zip-lock bag, (to keep the moisture out) !! I always wondered why they came in a zip-bag until one nite I had wet hands and took hold of one; hence it melted rapidly. That is how they open up in the dishwasher>>WATER...DUH!--and also I think for some dissatisfied users of action pacs, I seriously think it is your dishwasher itself or water temp isnt HOT enough!----Hope this helped because Action Pacs ROCK!!

Always the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best new cascade product. I love how well it cleans the tough baked on foods but it is still gentle enough to wash my nicer crystal glasses. I will never use anything but cascade products. I always have and I always will!

Phosphate Free Product Problems

I have recently started using the new Phosphate Free Gel Packs after using your dishwasher cleaning products for decades. All of my Aluminum baking pans, skillets, etc. were turned Brown by the new product!! Even the skillet handles are discolored. Your company should have placed a warning on the new product labels.

You do need to prewash

Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ clean burnt-on messes in just one wash, with no pre-wash needed. Yea right! I just had to wash same pot and pans again. Really if I have to prewash my dishes, I might as well just do in sink. And before I get it's my dishwasher NOPE brand new.

My Fave Dishwasher cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried most of the dishwasher soaps out there. Some cheaper store brands take more packs to do half the job one Cascade pak can do. I can never get the last bit out of the squeeze or powder dishwasher soaps. The Cascade paks aren't wasteful & are super easy to toss in. They clean the best, leaves my dishes perfect & smelling great, with no waste!

Clean,not so much

This product does a slightly better job at cleaning my dishes in the dishwasher than if I used water by itself. The plastic coating that houses the cleaning solution has been found lodged in the upper spray arm of my dishwasher further decreasing the dishwashers performance. It is unfortunate that the phosphates need to be removed. It seems that since the omittance of phosphates there has been a increase of water usage due to the need to pre-wash your dishes prior to washing your dishes in the dishwasher.

Ridiculous!

I have never complained about a product but this is ridiculous. I am five washes into my 48 pack of Cascade Complete Action Pacs. I have always used Cascade pacs and for some reason this particular type WILL NOT DISSOLVE in my dishwasher. I am fed up!! I will never buy these again! They are ridiculously expensive and DO NOT WORK!!

This product is magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] against my better judgement I did not pre-rinse my dishes before trying the new Cascade, I was really nervous I would have to hand wash or re wash the load. But to my extreme surprise, they came out beautiful and sparkly clean. I have found a replacement for mu previous brand.

Cascade works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have really hard water in our area. Cascade is the only brand that gets my dishes clean. I never have problems with stuck on food since I have started using this product. I recommend Cascade to anybody who wants to get their dishes clean the first time!
