At first I loved the Cascade ActionPacs I used them for about 2 months. I have a Daycare so I use the dishwasher 2 to 3 times a day. All of a sudden the past 4 washes the Pac has NOT dissolved and my dishes were dirty. Now my dishwasher is discolored (orange). I guess I'll go back to Cascade liquid. If you have any idea's that can help I would like to know thanks.

Since I have started to use Cascade Platinum Pacs in my dishwasher, I could never use any other kind. They have made my life so much easier. I have always used Cascade Products, but the Platinum has me spoiled. You have got to try it! Make your life easier and make your dishes cleaner by using this product. You will not regret it!! It is awesome.

We did our the kitchen over and bought all top rated appliances. Cost was not a problem. Our dishwasher was well over $1000.00 installed. From day one, I HATED it. Nothing looked clean. Food particles were stuck on everything. It was a disaster. I had to soak my dishes, glassware and silver over night in hot soapy water then, in the morning, load them into the dishwasher and turn it on immediately. There were always a few things that still had food attached! I could not afford to purchase a new dishwasher so I felt trapped. God Bless my daughter in law. She came to the rescue. I was telling her about my problem. She told me she had just tried a new Cascade product and it was wonderful. Since I had only used Cascade powder ever, I was a non believer. I saw this "new produce" in the store and decided to give it a chance. WOW am I ever a happy camper. It is wonderful. I now love my expensive dishwasher because with the complete packets, it works like a charm!!!!!!!

I bought the action pacs on a whim, a friend had said she used them and I figured i should give it a shot. Never again!! They left my dishes dirtier than when i put them in the dishwasher! They left a white film on all of my dishes and managed to ruin one of my nice pots!

I drink almond milk which coats the inside of our clear glasses, but the Cascade Platinum leaves the glass crystal clear. It is unbelievable considering we have hard water. Our other dishes and silverware sparkle, too. I am a convert to Cascade. My next load I will not pre-wash, but that is a habit needed with the other pods. I'll just scrape off the left-over food on the plates, etc.

My dishwasher stopped cleaning dishes. A full load would come out grimy and not clean. After searching extensively online, I found several people mentioning to switch to these ActionPacs. It was that or replace the entire dishwasher. Ever since using them, I get perfectly clean dishes. Spotless in fact. The only time to watch out for is occasionally the pack will get stuck in the dispenser and not fall. Also, do not handle these with wet hands, as they will tear open. You do not have to use rinse aid with these either, as it is already in the pack.

I recently purchased the "New Zealand" spring scents cascade action pacs. I had run out of detergent and for several days a full load sat in my washer. I do pre-rinse but just under the faucet. This is the best cascade yet. I ran the basic cycle of my washer and not only was the smell coming from it really pleasant but my dishes also smell nice and clean and they were!!! I will look for this each time I shop from this point on...thanks for making my job easier!!!

I live in an AIR CONDITIONED house in New Orleans. In 2 of the last 3 dishwasher loads I've done with ActionPacs (with Dawn), the pacs remained UNOPENED after the load is done (despite putting rinse agent UP one time, DOWN the next). (Yes, I HAVE sealed the big package each time.) SUGGEST field research be done in hot humid climate (Summer!) as I wonder if ambient humidity causes pac to stick.... (In general, I LIKE this product: glasses are clean and streak-free which is my "acid test"....) Suggestions???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had any dishwasher issues since I started to use this product. On occasion, I do overload the dishwasher and even then, the results are clean dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. My dishwasher also looks very good on the inside! Thank you P&G *****

I like the idea fo the pacs but just one does not clean my dishes. I have to put 2 pacs in each time I run the dishwasher. This is not an economical way to clean dishes. I also wonder what it is doing to the septic tank I would welcome any thoughts you might have and a solution..
