I am probably one of the first to use Cascade Action Pacs out of neccesity because the door on my dishwashers soap despenser broke and the action pacs I could just toss into the bottom of the dishwasher. When I saw the excellent job they do, even when certain family members don't rinse their dishes, I was sold. I only use the Cascade Action Pacs and will never go back to any conventional pour in dishwasher liquid again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. This is my go to product that I buy to wash my dishes. My dishes always come out clean with no residue left on them. I buy the tubs of these when they are available. They are easy to use, just pop one in the holder on your dishwasher and that's it. The only thing that is a con is that occasionally one will have busted and might leak in the bag, also they are sometimes a little sticky when you pick the pack up. Other than that they are a very easy product to use and clean my dishes great.

I also have an older dishwasher and have tried many products but when I found Cascade Complete 2 in 1 action pacs I didn't need to look further. It is great. Dissolves completely, dishes are sparkling clean and it it so easy to use. The first time I used it I was surprised how clean my dishes were and they were cleaner the the supposedly clean dishes were in the cupboard.

I started having problems with my Cascade packets ---the stick to the detergent camber and don't open completely---this is starting to happen quite frequently --- I have purchased these packets for a while ---I did purchased a larger carton and these are about a year old ---could this be the problem and if so could I bypass the detergent chamber and just place the packet in the dishwasher tub? Any help out there with the same issue?

I do not like the phosphate free formula. I've used Cascade products for decades. I've been using dishwashers since 1978 and never needed a rinse agent. I thought perhaps purchasing a rinse agent might help w/the finish. I don't know what consumers will do. What do we do. Had I known that the formula would change. I would have bought a few years supply of the old formula. Don't know what product to use. I guess I'll have to use my dishwasher for storage.

Purchased the 16 pac Cascade Complete hoping to avoid the film left on my dishes. After several tries, I have switched to Finish Powerball Tabs. They work much better and I now have a package of 14 Cascade Complete tabs....I'm hoping you will reimburse me for this purchase.

Help!!! We used the Phophate free. We live out side Tampa, Fl. We have very Hard Water. Th glases & dishes were left with a heavy white film. It is totally UNSATISFACTORY!! We can not use phophate free. What do you have to replace the phoshate. My neighbor went out and biught $400. cascade with phosphate. WE need help !! Send a Co. Rep out!

I am amazed how great this cleans my dishes even when my family does not rinse or puts dishes that have been left sitting are put in the dishwasher and run through a cycle just once. Clean and sparkling dishes every time. I will purchase this product everytime!

Like some of the other writers I am disabled. Cascade complete simpley does the job, and does it well. I can't reach the sink from my wheelchair, so washing dishes by hand is out of the question. My dishwasher must do a good job, which it does as long as I use this product.

I don't even worry about scraping or prewashing the first set of dishes because I know that this product performs!
