[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used powder and a rinse agent for a long time. I recently noticed dishes coming out still a bit dirty since my dishwasher is 10 years old. Instead of having to replace it, I tried the Cascade. It has made a lot of difference in the level of clean and the clarity of our glassware. I liked the powders for being less pricey, but I think this Cascade product performance makes it worth getting.

I have used Finish for the past 10 years since I moved into my home. Picked up some Cascade Platinum on sale at my local grocery store. I am totally surprised at how much better it worked. No residue on my dishes and very clean. So much better than Finish. I am a senior male who does not like doing dishes. I will buy Cascade from now on. Wow. The difference is amazing. Thanks.

I love this product its easy to use mess free and gets my dishes shiney and sparkely clean no mess and no fuss just the way I like it. I do refer my friends to use this product because everybody needs a hastle free easy day and this makes mine just that so I give this 5 stars and two thumbs up!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how reliable these little pacs are! Pop them in, no mess and perfectly clean dishes every time. There isn't the packaging waste from a plastic bottle, stores easily under the sink and they really work well on our messy dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whats to say, the fragrance is nice and the pacs do the job that we need it to do. We buy the 90 pac "fresh scent" and it takes care of our needs. You ask what other brand I use, I picked one, BUT, I only use CASCADE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using Cascade Platinum in a 20 year old dishwasher that came with the house. The first few times I used the dishwasher it did an OK job. I switched to Cascade Platinum and it is like I have a new dishwasher. The dishes come out clean and the glassware sparkles.

cleans well; but it etches al. ALL al dishes, pots and pans alike are discolored (black) and al pie plates are being etched. dissolved; several have been reduced in thickness. i have always used cascade since we've moved to dallas (and before) and just recently have noticed your chage in formulation.

I have used Cascade for my dishwasher detergent and Dawn as my dishwashing liquid for many years. Unfortunately, the powers-that-be chose to combine the two stand alone excellent products in the new Cascade and created a disaster. I will now have to start buying a new dishwasher detergent because the Cascade with Dawn leaves a horrible, nasty, white film on my glasses, plates, and flatware that can be felt with the fingers as well as seen.

My daughter and I were at Walmart the other day doing our weekly shopping. As we went into the cleaning supply isle I was saying to my daughter, "I need to find a different dishwashing detergent. I am so tired of the white film all over our dishes. Even the rinse agent isn't working." There was an older woman standing there who overheard my comment. She told me that she had had the same problem but found that using the Cascade Action Paks in the wash cycle and a small amount of regular Cascade in the prewash part had cleared up her dishes. Well by this time I was willing to try anything. My dishes were looking so bad I was embarassed to let anyone see them and had to hand wash anything I personally wanted to use. So I decided to give it a try. I was so amazed that after just the first wash with Cascade my dishes showed noticeable improvemnt. I continued using it and before long my dishes were sparkling again. I am so pleased with the results that I tell everyone I know. I will never switch dishwashing detergents again. Cascade has totally turned around the way my diswasher cleans. Thank you Cascade!

My family has been a long time user of Cascade in liquid form and by chance bought the first generation of the Cascade Gel Packs. We loved this product. The were effcient to use and the dishes came out looking and feeling clean. Now only the All-in-One pack product appears to be available at our store. What a dissapointment. The dishes come out of the washer gritty with residue and with an odor I associate with Jet Dry products. Not what I expect from Cascade.
