I have used Cascade for 25 years. It is the only automatic dishwashing detergent I use. I am very loyal to Proctor and Gamble. Last month, I noticed that the regular Cascade powder was not getting my dishes clean. I switched to the All-In-One Action Pacs. They created this thick foam that poured all over the floor. I got my dishwasher checked thinking it was broken. The dishwasher was fine, but it took two rinse cycles to clear the foam out. I switched back to the powder and while it didn't clean my dishes, it didn't make foam all over the floor. I started reading these reviews and discovered that I am not the only one having problems with the new formula Cascade products. I am trying the HydroClean gel next, but P&G may have lost me if that doesn't work.

I really like how it works on all my dishes, except my most important. It does not work well on my bottles for my babies. There is always residue and dirt leftover inside. I actually use a generic grocery store on on my bottles because it tends to work better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit I've strayed, and used some other brand. But never again! My husband never rinses out his coffee cups and there's always a ring around them. Cascade Complete is the only product that I've found to defeat the ring :)

This is the best dishwasher detergent ever! I never have to prerinse my dishes and they come out squeeky clean! I run my dishwasher only when it is full so some of the food is dried on before the dishwasher runs but I've never had a problem with food left on the dishes. Great product!

I really enjoy the cleaning action and the New Zealand scent filling the kitchen as the dishwasher cleans, however, the plastic dishes pick up the scent. Now my salad, fruit, leftovers, pudding, etc all have a New Zealand scent as well... not pleasant. I won't purchase the scented version again. It would be a great scent for fabric softener, but unpleasant to experience it at mealtimes.

Naturally the food hardens in a short time and require a scrubber to remove it. I experimented and put these items in the machine. They were spotless with no residue or chalky film on anything! Cascade Platinum is the only one I use now.

I have tried every dishwasher detergent available always looking for a good deal. The only one that really works to keep my glassware film-free is Cascade Complete. Even though it is usually more expensive than other brands I have learned that it is worth the expense to have clean dishes. Saving a little bit on the other brands is no deal if my glassware is ruined. Cascade Complete is absolutely the best at leaving sparkling clean glassware. No other brand is even close! Cascade Complete is the ONLY detergent I will use. Thanks!

I was so excited to purchase these new pre-dispensed dishwashing packets. My mother and sister had used them, so they came highly recommended. I tried them, and much to my dismay, my dishes have never looked worse. The glasses came out of the dishwasher looking like milk spots had dried completely in the entire glass, top to bottom. They are so milky looking that they look as though I never washed them at all. All the other dishes and silverware in the dishwasher came out with a white film on them also. I have always used Cascade Complete powder and have loved it. I have never experienced anything like this before. I switched to the powder again, and now I have the same results as the packets. Totally unsatisfied. I cannot seem to get my dishes looking sparkly anymore. I feel that to get my dishes clean, I am going to have to go back to the old days of washing by hand. What a waste of time in this day and age. Wondering if the ingredients have been changed or altered in any way???

We had been using a well known product for quite some time and most of the dishes always came out dirty. I bought a small bag of Cascade complete just to try it and was amazed how the dishes came out. They were clean and bright and there was no left on food. I wish I had just gone ahead and bought the bigger bag as I'm so impressed with how it cleans. I will definitely be buying this product and no other brand. I will also recommend this product to everyone. Thanks for a great product!

We bought a new dishwasher, We decided to buy and try the Cascade complete all-in-1 actionpacs. Well we were not very Impressed at ALL. If you wash the dishes twice then it works very well. If you Pre-rinse then everything comes out very well. We won't be buying these or using them in the Future at All...So we will be going back to our other product..
