I have used Cascade for many many years.....and still think it is the best product for all diswashers......dishes always come out clean and shiny.....cannot say enough good things about this easy to use item....Still stock my pantry with a large box of it.....even tho my family is grown and gone.... I have used Cascade every since we got our first dishwasher in 1980. I have tried other brands and never stayed past one box on trial. However in the past two years I have not given up on cascade but have e-mailed cascade and was told to try the bleach formula as the stains were not coming out of tea cups. That worked now I have tons of powder residue I have never had in the past and my silverware and dishes look horrible. Why can't we have our old wonderful cascade anymore. I still buy it but reluctantly.

I saw the ads & took the Finish challenge. Boy was I sorry. I learned my lesson, dishes were not getting clean & seem to have a "film" on them, ASAP I bought Cascade Action Pacs!!!!! I hearby promise to NEVER leave my beloved Cascade again ! I am stuck with 3/4 of a large container of Finish don't know what to do with it.....Would throw it away before I wasted time and money using it to wash dishes. Will forever be Faithful to Cascade.....

I did not think it would be worth it, but the cost is not that much and it is so much more convenient. Combined with my new dishwasher, my dishes are amazingly clean! I will buy this from now on - no more messy powder for me.

O bout this thinking it would be great. I hate it. The smell is so strong I can't even be in the kitchen when the dishwasher is on. You can taste it when you drink from your cup. I even rinsed the cups out with fresh water and still it takes over the flavor. I spent all of the money I had on these and can't buy more. So I am past disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These complete pacs are very easy and convenient to use. My main complaint was that they still do not rinse plastic or glasses clear. Still have that dingy foggy residue that is so common in the dishwasher. The product worked great on cleaning ability though.

I have been using Cascade for years. But recently, because my dishwasher is old, it has been leaving debris on my dishes. So I tried the new Platinum 10X, hoping that I wouldn't have to rinse my dishes by hand again. And my dishes came out Powerfully Clean! I'm sold on the product and I suggest every one of you give it a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only dishwasher detergent I use now. After trying many types I found that the Cascade Platinum works best. I highly recommend it. I have also used the powder which works well but I just love the ease of the pacs and how much cleaner they are.

I often find myself purchasing Cascade's Platinum Action packs to get my glass and ceramic dishware exceptionally clean and shiny. I love the ease of use and the clean I generally get from using these "actionpacs", however I do find some residue from time to time and have to switch products during this time to achieve the best clean.
