[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it not only gets my dishes clean but it seems to clean my dishwasher too.I love how sparkly every dish looks and also my silverware looks excellent and afterwards my dishwasher gets cleaned in the processes.I would highly recommend trying this. It's great.

I have tried many dish washing products and this has to be the worst product ever. I am one of those that even pre-washes and pre-rinses all my dishes and silverware. I bought the 90 Action Pacs tub and have now done 5 loads of dishes. All 5 loads have had to be rewashed with another product. Not even the door panel or the area behind the silverware rack gets clean.

I have no worries letting the kids load and unload the dishwasher cause the result is always the same>> clean dishes. ...until you come up with something better 'Cascade® Platinum ActionPacs dishwasher detergent' is the only detergent that goes into MY dishwasher.

i just wanted to let you know how much i love your cascade complete action packs for my dishwasher. i have tried many different products through the years, but i have never found anything as wonderful as your product. they get my dishes clean, even after a couple of days sitting in the dishwasher. i hope you continue to have such a great product.

My husband doesn't like the extra step of rinsing so he frequently puts items in the dishwasher without rinsing them first. Our dishes always come out spotless. We have never had a problem with the Platinum pacs. They smell wonderful and work well. Our dishwasher is going on 14 years old and the dishes, glasses and silverware still come out looking great even though the parts inside are starting to break.

I am very disappointed. I bought Cascade action pacs with dawn and regret it. I usually buy reg. cascade complete action pacs and had never had a problem before. After my recent purchase most of my dishes are currently covered in a white film that we cannot remove. Even after scrubbing, my black cooking utensils look horrible. My new bowls and plates look like and my glasses are cloudy. I wish I had never purchased Cascade ACTION PACS -SHINE SHIELD FORMULA WITH DAWN. Oh, and its not so simple to remove like they're saying in the review responses. I tried that. I cant beleive they recommend purchasing a rinse in addition to this already expensive product . This souldnt be happening. Dont buy this product .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many different detergents, powders, liquids and packs. None have cleaned as well as the Platinum power packs. I have an old dishwasher and it doesn't seem to clean well anymore so I tried these as a last hope. To my surprise and amazement I had beautifully clean dishes and my vintage '60s glassware didn't have etching on them and my flatware had no water spots. I'm well impressed with these power packs! I have recommended these to friends and have bought them for friends as well for them to try. and they have converted!

Cascade Advance Power formula i would not recommend. Etched all my glassware, plates did not rinse properly. Tested product with 140 degree water and product did not dissolve. Switched to a liguid brand( not Cascade). new glassware cleaner than ever, no etching, plates rinsed spotless. sorry Cascade....upc# 370017409
