I used Cascade complete citrus breeze with dawn, and I was so pleased with how clean and shiny my dishes were, and they even improved with a few washes. My silverware was no longer spotty. I am so disappointed to not be able to use this, however, because of the overpowering scent it leaves on my dishes, especially plastic. It is almost like tasting soap.

My husband and I both agree that this is a great product and the proof is in our dishes and silverware that come out very clean. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a dishwasher.

I feel like the insurance commercial where the man left and now wanted to come back. I wish I could say my husband bought the other dishwashing detergent but it was me, trying to find a bargain. After using Finish for two wash loads I made a special trip to town to purchase my old faithful Cascade Complete. I will never leave you or forsake you again!

I tried eveything to get my dishes clean in my dishwasher including calling the manufacturer for assistance. After buying Cascade Complete and using it, I gave all the other brands to my children including other gel pacs. It is worth every penny to save myself time in the kitchen. Before Cascade Complete, I was rewashing dishes by hand and furious that my brand new dishwasher was not getting the job done. I am now very relieved and satisfied.

This product is wonderful! I know it sounds silly, but I absolutely love the blue-green swirls. My only problem is that it doesn't always dispense out of the compartment during the wash cycle. I've taken to using 2 each wash just in case. I could really use coupons! It's so easy to use and my dishes are really clean!

I am always looking at new products to try. When I saw these on the shelf at the store, I said, "Why not?". I brought these home, tried them in my dishwasher thinking that they may not be as good as the liquid gel Cascade, boy was I surprised!! These were easier, quicker, and the results were amazing! The dishes came out shiny, clean, and I was pleasantly surprised!!

The platinum pacs make our glasses sparkle and keep our well used dishwasher spot free too! I also like knowing that the pacs have just the right amount of cleaning agents in them and I am not using more than needed.

I love all the different platinum ones. I have 3 kids and don't have much time to spend hand washing dishes and then putting them in the dishwasher to :"finish the job". I just scrape out the big pieces and let cascade do the rest. My dishes come out clean and sparkly everytime!

When I opened a new Cascade in Nov. 2010, I thought something was wrong with my only 2 year old dishwasher. Suddenly food particles were all over all the dishes, and the glasses looked disgusting. I have tried everything out there including Cascade complete packets to no avail. We have hard water and I have only ever air dried, and still it is much harder to hand wash the dishes AFTER they have run through the dishwasher. I avoid using it now and am hoping some entrepreneur online will sell detergent with phosphates in a state where it is legal.

This product is horrible. It has literally ruined some of my dishes. I have to scrub and soak them after they come out of the dishwasher. I have a brand new dishwasher and use a rinse aid as well and my dishes still come out covered in white chalky residue. I have grown up using cascade but i will never use it again, which really makes me sad.
