I love the products and use them all the time, however it is frustrating that the liquid spills out and makes it stick to the other packets and I can't seem to get the full use out of them. I just wish it was packaged better at no additional cost to the customer so that each packet works to the full capacity of what it was made for.

I've been using the different Cascade powders for decades & have been very pleased until they changed their formula. This phosphate free formula has ruined my glassware & all my metal bakeware. My glassware comes out with a white film & my metal bakeware is tarnished. In order to avoid this, I have to do these by hand. The point of having a dishwasher is to save time & money........with this phosphate free formula, it's not happening! I gave it a 2 star rating because my dishes still come out clean.

The new Cascade with Dawn is not working for me. Could you please give us back the old stuff. It was white and milky looking. Worked like a charm. This new stuff I can't even get it out of the bottle. I am very unhappy with what I have purchased and am having to use. Please help.

I have used Cascade in my dishwashers exclusively for the the last 27 years and loved it until my last purchase a month ago. I purchased a pack of Cascade Complete All in One Action Pacs, the same product I have been using for quite some time. My dishes no longer look or feel clean at the end of the cycle. My white mugs have tea stains, all the plates feel coated. The stainless isn't clean. I have run 2 to 3 loads a week for the past month, same results every load. This is not the Cascade I have been using for 27 years! The dishes look like I only ran the rinse cycle, not a wash cycle. I have had full loads, small loads, daytime loads and overnight loads. All with the same result, dirty dishes! I am so dissatisfied, I have purchased another brand before finishing all that was left in the package. It's either use a different brand or wash by hand. What is happening to P&G's products? Where is the quality that consumers have come to trust? This is not the first P&G product to fail me. Others include Gain detergent, which leaves bleach like stains on my clothing and Iams and Eukanuba dog food, which my dogs refuse to eat.

The smell of the pods while the dishwasher is running is great and refreshing....and I love having clean dishes !!

when I found a coupon for a competitor I tried it but I found I had to prewash my dishes more and they still didn't come out as clean I found out its nice to save a little money but you end up paying more when you have to rewash the dishes to get them clean. I won"t use a diffetent detergent tablet again in my dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best product I've used. Living on a farm, my dishwasher gets used a lot! There are things put in there that the average person doesn't use, chicken/duck feeders and waterers are just an example. Cascade Platinum Pacs get everything spotless.

I have a tea maker and use it everyday. The plastic pitcher was so stained with tea that I was ashamed to bring it out for company. I decided to try using a packet of Cascade. I made sure my water was very hot and dropped the packet in. I used a plastic brush and swished it around the pitcher. Low and behold when I rinsed it, it was like new!! thank you for a great product.
