[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade offers a ton of awesome products. I love the Casacde Gel Packs because they are so easy to use. Just pop one in the dishwasher and done. You do have to be mindful to close the bag, but they even have a zip top on it to keep the packs in perfect condition. Dishes are always clean after using this- even with two teens who load and often do a poor job rinsing dishes before putting in dishwasher.

I bought a Kenmore dishwasher with the hard disposal. The Cascade complete pacs were recommended. when I used this product about the 3rd time, apparently the wapper pac did not disolve and clogged up in the disposal part of my dishwasher. Thank God the dishwasher was still under warrently. I will stick to the gel.

What am I missing? Everyone seems to love these Cascade action pacs but I can't stand them. They don't disintegrate in my dishwasher, I find the plastic coating melted to the dishwasher soap compartment. And the powder substance never washed away. I have no intent on finishing the rest of my package. I think I've tried 10 out of the 20 pacs in the bag. I will go back to cascade liquid. That I like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade platinum really improve the function of my not so good dishwasher. I had a problem every summer with stinky odor on it, since I stared to use platinum dishwasher, The odor has gone and my dishes are cleaner. Very happy using this product.

I have been using Cascade both liquid and packet form for as long as I have been washing dishes. I have a 75 oz bottle of Cascade with Dawn and there is something in the bottle (heavy wet sand?) It is hard to squeeze out and it is clumpy. I dont know if it is cleaning my dishes or not. The dishes come out clean, but I rinse everything before putting in the dishwasher so my dishes arent all that physically dirty to start with. I dont care about the environmental impact I care about clean dishes. Whats wrong with my product? i tried to go to pg.com to register a complaint but there is no place to enter a complaint. Whats that about??? I called the 1-800 number and got a recording saying they are closed. No room for a message for a call back. Now I have to spend even more time trying to contact this company to find out why my product is defective. hmmmm maybe they dont care about their consumers.

I love all the different platinum ones. I have 3 kids and don't have much time to spend hand washing dishes and then putting them in the dishwasher to :"finish the job". I just scrape out the big pieces and let cascade do the rest. My dishes come out clean and sparkly everytime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years, I have tried a variety of automatic dishwasher detergents never being quite satisfied with the job they did. My glasses came out foggy or the food was baked on instead of washed off... it had gotten to the point where we actually went machine shopping because we were convinced it wasn't working well (it is over 18 years old). I happened upon Cascade Complete as it was the only detergent on the shelf I hadn't tried! I went home, popped it into the machine and could not believe the results! My glasses were not cloudy, and I did not have to rewash anything! Even the silverware was shiny! I am sold on Cascade Complete and am glad to have stumbled upon a much less expensive solution to our dirty dishes problem. The Whirlpool's life was saved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the Cascade Gel packs, I was amazed at how much cleaner my dishes and glasses looked! I had not realized the residue that was on my glasses until they were truely clean. It is my new favorite product!

If one is on well water- don't even bother wasting your money on this!. Have hard well water and though colorado is not one of the 13 states requiring removal of phosphates July 1, apparently that is what we get. The lack of phosphates allows the calcium to deposit and make my crystal look like milk glass and if I didn't wash the dishes before putting in dishwasher the food wouldn't come off either. Give us viable solutions, please. Your website offers no solutions nor an acknowledgment so people can appreciate that it isn't them or their dishwasher! Very frustrated
