Like so many other i have used these products for years and year. But the Cascade powders in the box in this latest formula change are horrible. It damges cookware, has a fast buildup of scum / calcium film on what were beautiful red glasses -- P and G has truly created a bigger disaster than the Olestra debacle. This stuff is bad bad bad!!!!!

I had great difficulty opening the container of Action Pacs! I found no instructions and knew I had to be able to seal it tightly later. I had to be very careful to get it open without injuring my fingers! Am I missing something? I don't like having to communicate this way. I simply responded to your email and received no response! I can't find the info about using vinegar to, hopefully, repair the etching on my glasses. Please repeat them Thanks. You ask us to contact you directly, but I don't see an email! Please provide! this stuff is the bomb!! my dishwasher is now broken, and am out of dish soap, so i dropped one of these in the water and let the dishes soak for a few minutes. I could see the food and whatnot melt right off these dishes before my eyes! I needed only to give them a quick wipe, then rinse. I'll buy the dish soap for sure, but really wish i had my dishwasher back, hint hint! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the cascade platinum. Our dishes are always clean and with a four generation household doing it right the first time is important. It may cost a little more but I NEVER have to rewash anything. Worth the few extra pennies. Wish the Clorox platinum came in the large size packs. That would be the only thing I would change.

Nothing beats Cascade complete for thoroughly cleaning and rinsing all kinds of dishes and pans. I just add the pod, shut the dishwasher door and go merrily on to the next job. Perfect!

I have tried them all and as far as shine, clealiness and no residue this is the ONLY and best product to get the job done. Iam a person who does not rinse or scrub my dishes before putting them in a dishwasher and NEVER do I take dishes out that are dirty. Great Job!!!!!

A few months ago, because of great coupons, I tried "Finish". I purchased 2 packages, before I had finished using the 2nd one, I started noticing my dishes weren't getting clean. I first thought perhaps my diswasher was not doing as good a job as it used to. Then it occured to me perhaps the new automatic dishwashing product "Finish" was gradually allowing a build up and not getting them as clean. I switched back to Cascade and am once again happy with my dishes. I am one of those who rarely rinses dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. I figure if I have a dishwasher it should clean them completely. If I have to do them by hand I don't need a dishwasher (other than me). So in the machine they go with my Cascade, and no more problems! Thanks for a product that does what you advertise, consistantly. Brenda

No scrubbing or rinsing. It is the best I have ever tried. Love Love Love it. The only product I will use.

I have been using Cascade for years and been quite satisfied with it. It has always out-performed everything else on the market. When Cascade came out with a rinse aid, I bought that as well and was happy. This Cascade Advanced is leaving a white powdery residue on all the plastic things in my dishwasher that concerns me. I am particularly displeased with this stuff on ALL MY CHILDRENS' SIPPY CUPS! I am now going out to buy another brand of dishwashing detergent in hopes of getting all this residue off my plastic.

I just purchased and used these .. Wow they work great .. My husband did the dishes while I was not feeling well and lets just say the thought of rinsing the dishes before going iin the dishwater - never crossed his mind ... He put the dishes in dirty with all the left over food everything and used the new action pac and wow they were clean , clean clean .....
