[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the diswashing liquid. It's a little bit thick, so it's easy to easure out the amount you want. It has a nice fresh smell while the dishwasher is running, It cleans all our regular meal dishes just fine.

I orginally bought Complete All in 1, but decided to purchase the generic brand to save a little bit of money. With the new soap, I saw that my dishes weren't coming clean and I had to rewash them sometimes three times over. I wasn't sure if it was my diswasher or the soap, but after purchasing Cascade again, I realized that it was the dish soap. I will now only buy Cascade. It truly saves money in the end.

Baked on, burned on foods don't have a chance with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs! I have quit trying other products because I can't find anything that can match/beat.

I have been a Cascade user for 20+ years. No more!! The new formula is just awful! Chalky residue that requires re-washing everything that comes out of my dishwasher is left on everything. The no phosphates formula may be "green" except that I have to use twice the amount of water to clean my dishes. Who knows what that residue is puting into my family...most likely is not good for us. I should not need to leap tall buildings and use "helper" products to make this diswasher power do it's advertized work. Sorry Cascade...I have moved on.

I have been a long time user of cascade action pacs and was terribly dissatisfied with the new zealand scent. After 3 rinse cycles I cannot seem to get rid of the strong smell on my dishes. It's most apparent on plastics but even my wine glasses and silverware smell like perfume. I'm sad I wasted my money and tried a new scent.

Our dishes used to come out of the dishwasher with specks of detergent still on them all the time, even after going in nearly clean after rinsing. We literally thought our brand-new dishwasher was broken. We had the maintenance guy out to check, we had the water temperature turned up, used bottles of rinse agent, everything. Then I tried Cascade Complete Pacs. Now the dishes come out completely clean even when they go in dirty. The husband used to complain about the dishes (he's a complainer) but now he has one less thing to complain about. I win, thanks to Cascade!

Other detergents do a good job of getting my dishes clean, but this product is outstanding! The store was out of Cascade Complete Action pacs one day, so I bought a different kind thinking it couldn't be that much different. (I didn't recall how much better the complete action pacs were until I unloaded that first load). I won't be using a substitute again!"

Why do we have to have bleach in the detergent? I don't want it - it smells bad and the previous formula - thick - cleaned great. This watery formula doesn't clean. By the end, I have soft water and I don't want to fill 2 loading cups of detergent. i expect it to do what the old formula did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is hard water in this area, and it's hard to find something that really works. Cascade Platinum does! I don't even have to use any additives or supplements to the dishwasher. Cleans thoroughly and doesn't leave a residue or spots. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how well I liked these, I usually do my dishes by hand I have never liked how a dishwasher leaves my dishes but a friend suggested I try these and I loved them they left my dishes clean and shining and smelling really good I will use these again
