[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old dishwasher. I was ready to replace it until I tried Cascade Platinum. Sure enough, my old detergent was causing all my issues with the cloudy glassware and filmy dishes. With Cascade Platinum, my dishes and glassware are sparkling every time. Thank you for your awesome product!

Cascade ActionPacs are an outstanding product. I started using them several years ago (2003) after having moved to the Tampa suburbs where the water is highly mineralized. Nothing I'd ever used before worked, and my stainless was darkening, my glasses were turning a milky white and I started throwing them out. Once I tried the ActionPacs my dishes were clean and my stainless started to shine; I didn't have to throw out glass mugs; the world was right again. I've since moved to the Atlanta area, but I won't use anything else now, and I tell anyone I know to try this product. It's fabulous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade products are the only kind we use in our dishwasher. We recently started using the platinum pacs instead of the liquid cascade. They work great and are super convenient! Wouldn't use anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used another product for years and recently picked up Cascade due to a sale and coupon. I can't believe how well it works. All my glasses and silverware come out spot free and shiny. The product I had been using left spots and sometimes a film. I discovered it was no bargain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this Cascade product. The addition of Dawn is guaranteed to remove even the most stubborn greasy messes on my dishes. The individual packs are great - they hold every possible cleaner you would want for your dishes without the hassle of having to add numerous products to the machine! Thanks!!

I purchased the large package of ActionPacs. They were not dissolving in my dishwasher. I thought it was the fault of my dishwasher. The repairman came out and checked it all out and then showed me a trick. He placed an actionpac in a cup of warm water and it did not dissolve! It was the "old" actionpacs and not my dishwasher. Dollars poorer but smarter.. Liquid Electrolsol is my new favorite!!!

I rarely comment on products, but this is an exception. After using Cascade for years, I noticed the box color changed from dark green to lighter green a few months ago. I should have been suspicious. Over a period of time, the dishes became less and less clean, and tea and coffee cups/mugs developed an ugly brown build-up inside. I eventually noticed that (in very fine print) the product was now phosphate free. Your chemists need to go back to the lab. I've since moved on to another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many different types of dishwashers and this one product has worked famously in all of them. The price has always been cheaper than the competitors --and tried it due to the availability--and a coupon to use toward my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally...I do not have to rinse the dishes before I do the dishes. Not only does this same time, but it saves money and energy and well. This is a great product especially when combined with the Cascade rinse agent. Awesome.

This product works great but it ruined several of our glasses and mugs with writing on them. These were dishes we had for years and the images on the glasses/mugs were always just like new. After a few washes with this detergent the images were gone. The first few times they left inky grime on my hands while I put the dishes away. After a few more washes the images were completely gone. So if you have a dish that is special to you I recommend hand washing it separate.
