I am so highly impressed with how clean my dishes are I had to write this. My dishwasher is old but has never cleaned very well. That is until now! I think Cascade Complete is the best product to hit the market in ages. All the old buildup is gone from my dishes and I am totally amazed how clean they are. I think it is the best product P&G had ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried using other brands and we have to do at least 2 cycles or more to get the dishes clean. With the Cascade Platinum we can get the dishes done with just one cycle which is great as I'm a mom of two and I'm at the hockey rink 3 to 4 times a week so don't have the time for the multiple cycles.

As the population is getting older, and I'm one of those, we need more products to de-stress our lives. I love the action pacs because they are so easy to pop them into the diswasher - no mess or heavy lifting. What prompted me to try these was the fact that I had trouble opening the container. My dishes always come out sparkling - no need ever to rewash anything. Whoever thought of this came up with a great thing. Thankyou so much!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these dishwashing cubes! I noticed that when I used them after using another brand for a long time, my dishes didn't have a yucky smell after they were washed! The look and smell absolutely CLEAN!

My pan lids will never look shiny and pretty like they did before I made the mistake of purchasing this new Cascade. I had used it for years, and now that what ever in the detergent has been changed, my pans look as old as they really are. I feel they have all been ruined, and i'm no happy with Cascade any more. I will tell all of my friends to NOT purchase the new product, but find a different brand. What a disappointment to open the dishwasher and wonder what the heck went wrong?

Like so many other i have used these products for years and year. But the Cascade powders in the box in this latest formula change are horrible. It damges cookware, has a fast buildup of scum / calcium film on what were beautiful red glasses -- P and G has truly created a bigger disaster than the Olestra debacle. This stuff is bad bad bad!!!!!

As a disabled single mom I need to cut corners everywhere I can. I have tried every brand of dishwasher wash. I had to re-run about 70% of our dishes using other brands and the other 30% had to be wiped down for water droplets and water stains. Buying anything other than Cascade Complete is like buying other brands of Mac & Cheese. Some products save you money and time by going with what works, not how much it costs. Sharon MN

This products is TERRIBLE! I have used Cascade for 15 years and the new forjmula is AWFUL. My plastic wear almost always has a chalky film on it and we do NOT have hard water. I spoke to someone at Cascade on the phone and they INSISTED it was becuase I had hard water. I told them I did not think so, we never have hard water before, and I know what it looks like as I grew up with hard water. I checked and we do NOT have hard water. This is just a lousy product - DO NOT wash plastics in it - you just have to re-wash everything. What a pain. I have used Cascade for years and will now have to go out and find a new brand.

I have purchased cascade for over 28 years. The new formulation doesn't work. It is ruining my dishes. I just remodeled my kitchen and put in a $2,000 ASKO dishwasher and the repairman indicated it is your product that is ruining my new dishwasher. Please bring back the old formula. Like the other reviews, I would give this a negative star if I could and would tell everyone "Never Buy Cascade" it will ruin your dishwasher and dishes.

Cascade Platinum is an amazing product! I couldn't believe how well my dishes looked...especially the pots! The copper bottoms of my pots were really shiny after one full wash with Cascade Platinum; they looked like I had just bought them, even though they are 20 years old! My other dishes looked really clean and shiny too...especially the casserole dishes that had baked on food. This product is amazing and I have been telling everyone I know about it!
